    Cairns has a fantastic winter, 28 degrees yesterday, clear blue sky, mother in law here at the mo, she comes up every year for a break from the Melbourne winter. Summer is the killer, but if your house is fully airconned, no worries

    our metal polisher at work just had a brain tumour removed. after some post op scans they found another tumour, but it cant be operated on for another 6 months while they wait for his cranium to heal sufficiently. hes been told he cannot do anything physical which includes work . meanwhile work needs a metal polisher. Boss askes me to have a go, turns out Im really good at it. Boss now loves me Ive done a few interestig pollishing jobs in the past couple of weeks, but this one is by far the most intersting and quite challenging. Its some engine parts off a 1967 Ford Fairlane show car. heres a few pics

    I lived in Perth in 87, had a crappy Katana 1100, and later a yamy rz 500. Can remember mundering weir as the best twisties close by. Wife says, all she can remember is great eastern hwy?

    Totaly love Lukey Heights We had grandstand seats at Lukey Heights in 06 (I think) Be prepaired for every sort of weather!!!!!!! Friday, so cold we wore all we had and huddled together to keep warm. Saturday, heaps warmer but still a bit cool Race day, so bloody hot we had to hide from the sun under the grandstand between races Dont be put off a grandstand seat, from the Lukey stand you can see a good half of the track, maybe more

    made a new mount for my gopro yesterday. Went out this morning for some knee down action ( LOL ) Havnt been out for about 10 months so I was very tentative on the twistys. so I got some gear shift and leg action

    I was realy suprised when I got it just how capable it is in the twisties. I can give a few sports bikes a bit of a run for their money Would you believe my wife bought it for me ! - - - - - - - - - - - did I mention how much I love my wife !!!!!!!!

    I bought them from Ducati, they have a sticker saying Ducati perfromance, but I think they are made by Termignoni. they have a baffle/restrictor that fits inside the end of the pipe and is held in via a bolt, but I run them without and it sounds fantastic. video realy dosent do the sound justice

    this is a vid off the back of my ST3s, missus is on the back on my favorite road the gillies hwy which goes from the south of Cairns up to the tablelands. this is about maximum lean angle for me, of course I could go more but would end up doing what Boganspeed mentioned above
