I've been using this app for my EVO and its very accurate. The only thing that can let it down is the update rate. The cheaper EBay ELM OBD2 Bluetooth adapters display captured data slowly I.e give it a boot full and it will display boost half a second later. These cheaper units still report accurate data, just not instantly like a normal boost gauge (digital or vac line) would. Still these are highly worth it for $10. Get one.

Hi Guys, Long time lurker first time poster. I've been eyeing off a FG mk2 XR6 Turbo for the last couple of months and am ready to bite the bullet now that wife approval has been obtained. Very keen on the power and the fact that I can throw the upcoming kid in the back without shaking it to death with my current Evo, oh, and warranty is good... Been looking at a few on carsales, in particular- some of the Ex-Demo models with less than 10,000 kms on the clock. Leather would be nice, but not a deal breaker. My questions are- What can I expect to pay, what would you guys consider reasonable as dealers on carsales are quoting $42k drive away for ex-demo units with less than 4,000 (happy to go up to 10,000) kms on the clock? Any good dealer recommendations? I'm work in the City, Melbourne and live in Preston, happy to go for a drive and give the evo one last flogging (evo has been tentatively sold to a work mate so don't need to trade it in but money talks). Keen to move on this ASAP and appreciate any input, cheers.
