  1. My dealer told me when I bought my car two weeks ago that it had something to do with Paul Weel (V8 Supercar). Apparently he owns a company on the gold coast and ford gave him a xr6t when they first came out, he mucked around with it and got the car up to 300kw without boosting the turbo. He was saying in May you will be able to buy all this stuff and it will be ford backed. SOUNDS TOO GOOD TOO BE TRUE!!!!!!!
  2. Great grandparents who let you take out a nice loan with no interest on the grounds you pay it back before they're dead. I love my grandparents!!!!!!!
  3. I'm just hoping I don't have all the problems I have had with the Late model camira in my FORD. I have done two water pumps. The dealership forgot to connect the fan up after a service so It went straight to the moon temperature wise. I don't have enough time to go on about all the others. Let me just say that for a 19 year old an SS is the ducks guts but to see it like I have it is not very good workmanship on them. Let's hope Fords hold up a bit better. And with regards to the DVD player that is pretty stupid I think, the screen is only 17cm and then if it is letterboxed it's going to be very tiny.
  4. I am 19 years old and am a rating 6 (the bottom basically) I bought my xr6T and my insurance is $3000 a year. Which is not bad compared to the WRX price they wouldn't even insure me for this.
  5. Howdy, I'm 19 years old and have just traded in my 2002 ss Late model camira for something decent such as the xr6t. Even though insurance is a bit hefty I've decided that this is the way to go as I have been waiting for ford to bring out something a bit better than the AU. I was wondering if anyone had the rex dvd system installed in their ford and what they sort of it. Is it good or is their any problems with it. I just can't wait any longer and I have only been waiting one week. I should get it early april. But that it is too long for me.
