Yeah those rx8 wheels are nice although he is looking at changing them. I am hoping with the nizpro edit,injectors,valve springs and custom tune I can smoke him. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Not just RX-8's, but SS, GT's, Clubbies, GTS's, STi's etc....

Well time was against me, I got my car ready on the last week of Calder for the year and I was going to run it, and guess what, it was cancelled, so yeh that's my reason :flippingfinger: Now the wait is killing me and I thought I ask the ppl of this forumto see what times their pulling with the same or similar power output... And before you mention it, I aint going up to Heathcote...

Hey fellas, Well I've had my baby modded and running 330 rears for a while now. Had afew runs with Xr's and others all have been a win, but when I asked them about what times their running afew have said 11's with alot less power then mine... that's got me thinking! I thought I was good for at least a mid 12. Now I relise they could have been talking utter crap, most likely they were. But I couldn't get it out of my head so I just had to ask! what kind of times will a T with 330 rears be running? An answer based on real world circumstances would be great. So that means no rocket fuel ( ) slicks etc running. By that I don't mean a street time, but a timed run at a track in street trim. Thanks guys, hopefully someone can present some facts...

LOL...what a funny thread... Seriously, why bother even comparing the F6 to the M5, why not the XR6T. In my eyes the extra premium over the T isn't worth it. Ohh it gives you a little bit more power, and a little bit more weight. So when the lights go green your neck and keck with a stock T... Sure its a little more exclusive and you get some nice touches, like a push button start... ... ...but appart from that its not that much differnt. So if straight line speed is what your interested in get a T, take it to Nizpro, slap a stage 2 in it and waaalaaa, M5 beating performance, but not a better car. I drive my car and let me tell you its a rocket, but every time a E55, or an M5 goes passed, even an old one, I think f*ck I need to make more money... I bet that M5 drives like a dream Dallas... ... ...good luck with it mate!

The manual is just not rewarding is it Simon? MPH is there, HP is there. Just too many gears changes and traction problems. At least you have the fastest manual F6 Typhoon in aus at present so well done mate!! <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Its actually not the Fastest. There is a Blue F6 at Nizpro which ran a 12 flat with a stage 2 in it... ...And he backed off 100 meters to go! wernt far off though!
