    Puffwagon is the lever in the photo or is that a different plug. Pic of plug as far as I can get it in. It looks and feels all the way in. The unit will power up and has sound to speakers but I have comms error on dash.

    How much should be sticking out? I know the video says less than 1cm. Seems to be more but I swear it cannot go anymore

    Yeah I worked out you don’t need to drill the hole anymore. Got it in. Now it’s got the comms error. I’ve checked all the plugs. I’ve forced the big one right in as per instructions but still getting the error. I’ve retried the plug multiple times now even tried the cambus ones.

    Hi guys, tryed installing my unit today and it seems that there isn’t t enough room for the cables to fall down the back between the unit the steel frame. It’s like the replacement unit is too deep. Anyone have any advise

    Yep I have this too on both sides. More like a squeak. Was told its probably the steel clips that hold interior trim but haven't had a chance to pull it apart.

    iPod battery might be cactus. I only do short trips daily and its always full. Maybe a full charge in house once might make it last longer.

    Yeah I did my lux 19's. Pics are in the wdydtyct thread post 598. They came up great. Most of the guys at work asked where I got my new wheels from haha.

    When I did my rims I just sprayed the tyre. It peels off the rubber real easy as long as its thick enough. Taping Plastidip is not fun as it doesn't cut a clean edge when removing.

    Hope this is better not sure if I should try to peel paint off ford emblem.

    Painted my 19s black with Plastidip. Wasn't a fan to start with but it's growing on me

    Your diff might be off centre slightly and when you go into drive ways etc the drivers side wheel goes up and the other goes down and rubs at the top. I could be wrong

    Hey I had the same in the ute, turned out to be the spring beside the cylinder binding. Try covering the spring in grease

    Yeah I have the same problem. Sometimes I dont even finish washing the ute and its covered again. They dont really stain my paint, they are just hard to get off if left for a while

    Hey guys I am planning on replacing the splits in my Fg Ute. I am planning on running new wiring to the doors, what is the best way to do this? And also where is the best place to tap into existing wiring. Thanks Nathan

    I think I cut the end off the bottom lug and pulled it out with pliers

    Just a customer. I know Jason the service manager who is incharge of Ian Maclean . They looked after my ute previously and did a great job, shame to see them promoted.
