If you want the Phhhhhhhssssssssssssttttttttttt noise then get a GFB Mach1 as you also get the wastegate/turbo flutter. With the MAP sensor motor, Your ECU will NOT be able to detect the difference. AFM are the Big problem for Full Atmo BOVs. As it relies on the return of the are. Map Sensors are great, and when the ECU is cracked you'll get a nice power hike as the MAP Sensor motors are easier to Modify. My S15 had the Flutter with the GFB MAch1.

Esky, what does it matter? Well It would help if some of the Bright sparks here actually knew what they were talking about. Read my post and it explains the Advantage of the Buldge. And in real world driving the Xr8 will eat the 6T ( Both standard of course ) This is not an attack on the people or their responses. I know that you learn as you go.

Jesmal, Why the VERY long inlet tract? I mean you did all the custom piping, why not run the Air filter in the turbo side? It would be more direct? Its just a Question, not an attack.

For all the Xr8 lovers out there FYT. But seriously the Bonnet Buldge is a necessity. Why? Well when you start modifying your beast, you'll need extra room under the boonet for new intercooler pipes and intake pipe. Have a look at the Squashed piping, when you put a new FMIC and Pod Filter with new turbo piping. So that would be a good reason don't you think??? Also how many of you have owned a turboed car before your XR6T???????
