I like the xr50 rims, they look good on most colours. What's with the bonnet does air actually flow through or just for looks

Got the bolts today, chucked em in no worries. God only knows why they werent in there before now.... I did them quite tight... No torque wrench. Hopefully they will be ok

Well I'm no expert but mine was the same with edge 0w40 22ish psi idling hot, around 50 while accelerating hot. When it's cold it's like 50 idling 70 odd accelerating

Can anybody with premium sound in an fg hook me up with a picture of the rear parcel shelf with the sub in it? Looking to put a little 8 inch sub in the parcel shelf as the big boot filling box has to go to make way for a pram! Don't suppose anyone's got a spare premium sound parcel shelf trim thing lying around ?? Thank you sirs

Take it to professionals.. All well and good trying to do everything yourself but you can end up spending way more in parts if you don't know what it is that's f*cked when a pro would know straight up.. I've learnt this lesson the hard way -

To be fair to the old falcon they reckon someone changed the bushes before and didn't get em back in/ lost them/ threaded holes(praying it wasn't this one!!!) Hahah I love mine too despite its problems.

So it was 2 of the bolts, apparently 2 bolts and 2 studs that hold the subframe in? They showed me the ones Ordered through ford , $16 each and $15 for postage so yeah not too far off the mark Ralph!! Rather pay that than have the rear end of my car hanging on with 2 fixings... Seems questionable I'm glad nothing's happened yet!

Yeah that's what I was told, 2 of 4. Ill go back in today and get further info .. Can't really order parts if I don't know what they are. Thanks for the help guys

are there 4 studs with nuts holding it on? the guy at pedders said bolts... 4 bolts that hold rear subframe in. that's all I know.. maybe he meant nuts? are these visible from underneath the car, any chance you could tell me how I can see em? thanks for your help

Got my diff bushes done today and apparently 2 of the 4 bolts that hold in the rear sub frame are missing!! Anyone know where I can get some more? Are they just a generic bolt or is it a special type? 2008 fg btw cheers

Daim, wish I knew before. Will do mate, cheers. Actually do you have to change lower control arm bushes with the uppers? My lowers looked ok but if I can get a good price ill pick some up today and get the lot done tomorrow Edit: the front ones that is. The ones in the second video you out up - is that lower or upper outer.. I get confused

Mine are gone too after about the same kms in my fg. Getting em fixed tomorrow replaced with white line, I actually ordered superpro but the eBay squeezer sent me whiteline instead. Hope they are comparable

Put in new outside temperature sensor. Woo somewhat accurate now

Shoulda been more specific, sorry. I meant the actual glass piece from the mirror to get behind it where the temp sensor is, leaving the mirror assembly attached to car. Also a piece of piss though, just did it then in 5 mins. $18 dollars for new temp sensor vs like $150 or whatever ford charge. Yes!

Does anybody know how to do this? Need to get passenger side mirror out for temp sensor replacement. Surely someone has done this?

No denying cammed v8s haul ass and sound mad. But in stock form they're pretty lack lustre especially those AFM autos.
