  1. edited never mind looks like you already on with a decent company.
  2. Tafe car parks are ridiculous. We had one kid who had a ve clubsport. It cost him 50 something grand and the repayments were 400 a week and he was earning 500 a week. Broke as f*ck Oh and another one who had a cammed ve ss, sold it bought an 08 or 09 fpv gt, sold that and bought a 600hp ss and a 700+rwhp GTO hsv Crazy kids
  3. Yep I think he got up to 900 km from a tank
  4. My friend had one of them. Nice inside and smooth engine. Was quiet and pleasant to drive, perfect daily imo. And the fuel economy was awesome you'll probably use half what the v8 did

How'd you get so much boost out of the little turbo? Can it hit 20lb briefly and then drops away? and your motor can handle it cos it's built? I thought my 15 was about the most they could get out of it but maybe they just stopped it there to avoid breaking stuff..
  6. 19.5 haha must have been backing off when it was wheel spinning

So you find that quicker than a more linear tune? Mine hits 14 psi by 2300 rpm or so and first requires like half throttle and it will even spin the whole way through second when it's cold outside Was thinking it might be quicker with boost coming in slower?
  8. There's only one way to resolve this. Butt plug or whatever goes to strip with semis. Someone with stock fg goes to strip with semis.. winner = ultimate champion of life
  9. I beat one easy when my car was stock.. 340 kw my ass but pretty sure it was manual too. I find v8s tend to close the gap a bit though in 3rd/4th when the little turbo starts to feel really weak I agree about supercharged though he probably couldn't hook up/didn't want wheel spin in public
  10. Lols not me guys still in perth town. .
  11. Wow I bet you notice some difference in handling! Why you ditch the beamer
  12. Stock one looks pretty easy to change.. tuner did mine in 30 seconds or less with the stock ford one Was on hoist though I believe they recommended changing it every 20k km with a car tuned on 98 When he tipped mine into a tray it was dirty black fuel coming out but that had done up to 110,000km
  13. What is the advantage of changing the injectors though? He doesn't need the extra flow..the stock ones idle and operate perfectly ...they're stock why would you want to burn 700 bucks on injectors you don't need
  14. Did somebody just suggest 1000cc injectors for an n/a falcon
  15. Yeh that's way worse than mine haha. What'd this lot come out like?
  16. Didn't take any sorry. Just looked like black syrup. Man that sh*t stinks even the new stuff
  17. Changed out my filthy possibly original diff oil for some tasty nulon hd shiz.
  18. Marcoooooo I'm sure you told me what size the fill plug is before but I can't remember where and can't find your build thread
  19. Can anyone tell me what size hex bit I need to open the fill plug on fg turbo diff? went to do it today but only had up to 10 mm. Cheers
  20. It's definitely quicker without it Just wondered if it was standard procedure by tuners to delete it
  21. Hey other guys who've had their tunes done at Monsta torque... did they remove the torque reduction/zf fart thing from your car when it was tuned? Noticed mine doesn't do it anymore and I'm wondering why they would do that
  22. Are they noisy? Noise doesn't seem to be mentioned much on here but I've been in some cars with high performance pads and they can be very noisy which I wouldn't want on a daily personally
  23. Ahh I'm out guys work rosters changing and I'm gonna be away for this date. Enjoy
  24. The revs spike for a sec before it accelerates. You'll know it when it happens it's pretty obvious. Mine does it going into 4th full throttle
