Made a dumb mistake the other night! Was cruising along in 4th gear a little street racer gee'd me up I loaded up abit in 4th then went too drop into 3rd hit 1st didn't realise let the clutch half out and realised when I was nearly half way out of the windscreen popped out of gear pulled over its hard to select every gear can still drive the box is quite but its like I have no clutch? It had only had a hd clutch put in it 2days earlier what damage could it have done too the clutch?the fluid levels didn't drop ect and I cant start it in gear now otherwise it moves forward so im guessing its the clutch could it of shattered? I will be pulling it out in the next few days just wanted an opinion , Thanks dan

Im after some advice as to what you's think it may be I have searched for hours and hours and nothing!I will be taking it to get looked at sometime soon! Last night I was driving my t (bf 6spd manual) in the rain, I left a set of lights I accelerated a bit in 2nd no wheel spin unit I hit a manhole cover I didnt see and it spun bit of axle tramp then carried on as usual. 5k down the road it felt like the rear end was moving around(felt like my wheel had come loose) pulled over everything was normal took off and it spun one wheel!? At the next set of lights I took off and just let in spin in 1st and second a tiny bit and they were both single's but it makes a rancid hollow sound when it does so!(if you go around a corner im the wet and your t does a single and makes that noise its the exact same noise) Could it be a cv shaft?or should I start saving to be put through the wash for a new diff?? Any help or advice is much appreciated! Cheers Dan

Ok guys sorry too start another I need help thread,but I need help!! I have a Bf Xr6t Manual Stock standard other than a k&n pod replacing the air box I Fueled up the other night (98 it was a hi-flow pump also) As soon as I left the servo the Engine light was on, Car ran fine half way through the tank I was cruising in 5th and the car bucked so I pulled over and it was revving from 200-1000 for 10-15secs Then that night it done it but not as bad then stalled,And on cold start up all you can smell is unburnt fuel ? So I bough a elm327 scan tool and im getting rich and lean codes (I think ill get the exact codes when I get home)And a o2 sensor heater circut? :s and I have done abit of research intoo it and there is 10-15 things it could be. Has anyone else had this or a similar problem?Where did you begin too look?Any help once again would be greatly appreciated! Cheers Dan

Tuned with out opening the motor?only one way to see how far they go haha :D im only looking for aroung 250-290kw Sorry for all the questions haha,Tuner wise the x3 tuners on ebay do many of you boys use them ??

And its advisable to do your valve springs at minimum before you flash tune ect? Impellor my xr6 looks identical to yours haha :o Thanks dan

Hey everyone new to the forums :D I have a Bf 6 speed manual I never thought it was a mk II (debadged) I called klosters and it turns out it is a mk II,I have bein reading And I have read 04/06 right upto 07/06 start date where the Stronger bottom ends and valve springs ect were used. But I have also read all mk II Bf's have it? Mine is 03/06 I know this has bein asked 1000 times but you can never find two answer's the same. Any help would be greatly appreciated :D
