Ok - stupid question time: If the weather remains decent and I do make my way to Calder tonight - is a helmet required to run? (been over 20 years since I headed to the drag track)

So car was stock and you did all those changes and now need to get it to a shop to get a tune put in? I'm tipping that the trailer is the best bet here - even just one of those mods (after the intake side of things) would need a tune before the car was driven.

Maybe an intake?

It's one of the reasons I'm going for the ZF tune when I get my mods/tune done. Taking off from lights, intersection etc sometimes it's in second, sometimes in first - especially annoying turning right 100m from home each morning into a busy road - it either slowly piddles round the corner in 2nd or (a little bit more throttle) lurches back into first and screeches round the turn. The second issue - sounds similar to what happens to me when cold from a standstill with a decent amount of lock on the steering (eg - after reversing out of the drive and about to go forward)

Theme could make a huge difference There's a dark commy ute that get around near me with green wheels (nothing else) that makes me cringe each time I see it. That said - with a bit more to get the theme going it could work - maybe

Yeah - was fun. Have only seen people on it the once, but had a heap of fun with only a few on (I survived longer than just spawning in ) I think I gate crashed a couple of players who were just trying out the environment, a few more joined after we were chasing each other round the map for a while so it ended up a bit of fun. Friend request sent - am still working out how/when to play. raband is my nick if anyone wants to add me

That said - 260kw on a stock tune sounds pretty high doesn't it? Or was that the tuned readout and the tuner (for some reason) returned the car to you with the stock tune loaded (220 odd kws?)

?? Did you read the thread? He took it in for a tune, thought he got one and wasn't impressed with it. Turned out they didn't give him a tune - was still stock. Once they rectified it he was happy with the difference - was what he was expecting in the first place
