  1. Don't think so. I think they'll only unlock it for you (after you mail it back to them) once it's used all 5 unlocks and you've returned the last tuned car back to stock. They can be "married" to one car at a time. Return that car to stock, get a "divorce" and you can tune a different car. It's then married to the new car. It won't work with the original car. You can do this 5 times - even if it's just swapping between the same 2 cars. Expend those 5 charges and I think you can send it back to get refreshed, but I've never heard of anyone actually doing it. Buying a used one you need to make sure it's: a) no longer married to an existing car b) still has charges left on it c) has enough charges left that you are happy with (most only need the one?) Probably just the way forums work, but I've never heard of anyone reporting back having success after having bought a 2nd hand unit. Have heard heaps with a new paper weight that bought one.
  2. If there's a reason to have one other than intake/spool noise I'd pay over $100 for one.   edit: am not trying to be facetious or anything - am tipping that the 1 or 2 a month they sell, the price they charge is worth the effort they put in. One of those items that draws a premium because it's annoying and not part of the core business. Could well be a hell of a lot of margin for a decent batch order.
  3. This being commented on? http://www.news.com.au/finance/business/ford-confirms-iconic-351-badge-for-last-falcon-gt/story-fnkgdhrc-1226909211238
  4. Never been any claim of a power increase had there?   Only a noise increase?   Doesn't affect intake or tune at all do they?   Would buy one for shits and giggles if it wasn't over $100
  5. Pfft - no paupers XR6T for him - G6ET all the way
  6. When I was in my 20's I had an unemployed mate renting a room off me at my house. My weekly tax was exactly his unemployment benefit. I saw exactly where my tax was going - it wasn't being used wisely Felt like I got some of it back when I made him buy the slab, order the pizza and pay board
  7. I'd be in if reasonable - Saw the price of them, saw what they are and just shook my head
  8. Calder Friday if dry (both me and the weather)
  9. All good - you'll gain a few IQ points once you cross the border
  10. Hehe - and I told you to take it small Did you get the old girl to give them a try?
  11. On cornflakes and ice cream if it's decent
  12. Did you put the hyphen ("-") in? Try it without?
  13. It'll be pretty mild, probably similar to tabasco or nandos extra-hot in heat, but heaps tastier and less vinegary.
  14. Message sent, product from Mexico ready for collection
  15. Yeah - Unless you do something stupid with it it's about as bad for you as a cup of coffee (no real studies done yet though - could always be something pop up and kill us all)
  16. Yeah - that's about correct I think. You won't have the issue mentioned unless you let your tank run dry. Just checked messages - sweet, will call my supplier tomorrow and let you know if I need you to transport some goods for me across the border. Edit: on your way over, keep your eyes open as you drive through Kaniva (town with the sheep statues scattered throughout the place) The local pub there had a large banner out the from with an E-Cig on it - "Get all your vaping supplies here" - was on a corner on the left
  17. Mine does from 3.0v to 5.0v, 5.2w to 11w. Am running low resistance carto's so hover from 3.0v to 3.4v as it dies or juice needs a boot - any higher it burns it.
  18. Excellent post BenDoCo - should be a sticky edit: Velocities post is already sticky
  19. Pulling lasagna out of the over - tea towel like usual to pull out the pan. Didn't line the towel up properly with my thumb - hurts like a farker and I've now got no thumbprints on my left hand :(
