Quick query to the off-topic thread: Anyone else got any kids in year 9? My son started a new school down with me start of this term and homework seems to be very, very light on. Like maybe 1 nights worth a week. About an hour at most. I've left a message for the year 9 coordinator to give me a buzz to check on how he's fitting in over the few weeks he's been there, but can't remember how much homework I was doing in year 9. I would have been thinking at least a half hour a night, with some projects/assignments bubbling in the background, but there's been nothing like that at all. Maybe I'm thinking of later years and he's not slacking off, but it does seem pretty light on.

Ditto - more and more are starting to come out from under the spell though - starting to look at phones as the gadgets they are in a general sense and no longer giving iPhones the automatic tick. There's a hell of a lot of movement design and tech wise now inbetween the yearly updates from Apple that the new iPhone loses it's "wow factor" long before the next one is out - used to be that it would only be the newest iPhone that would sway a muppet from their beloved icon. Not any more.

That's it Am only going from my own experience, but am more than happy to share it - good or bad. Most forums are filled with issues/troubles - is rare to find one with such a decent ratio of people sharing good experiences and news rather than badmouthing/complaining etc.

The JTG runs petrol for the first 20secs or so on startup to purge the lines - it then switches to LPG - don't run out of petrol. The JTG is basically the only lpg system you can use if you're looking to mod/tune the car. Depending on the car/tune the tuner may be able to find a satisfactory compromise tune that's happy with both petrol and LPG, but will not run as good as dedicated tunes for either. Mick and Pitlane are pretty much the guru's around here for anything JTG and tuning the cars - not sure where you're located, but people have come from interstate to have him do his magic on their cars. Keep them - will only be a box or two? and one day you may have a pool room you can put them in. Might not be much you think are worth keeping at the moment, but add future trophies etc and it makes a nice collection.

Just a quick query, If we change the ZF tune via the xCal (load the TCM) does that cause the ZF to go back into re-learning mode? If it loads a tuned TCM is it already sorted or does it relearn? If we load a stock TCM one back in does it relearn, revert to the learnt state it was when the tranny was first tuned or is the learning totally seperate to what the xCal does and would need to be returned to Ford to start the relearn process?

Grab them on one of their deals and they are awesome value. If you can get off your arse and actually pick it up instead of delivery - even better. The pizzas did shrink in size a while ago, but hell, tues nights I can feed 4 people for $20 (4x$4.95 pizzas) The quality of them (here at least) has gone up a notch - now it's edible edit: the Maccas $20 or $25 boxes are also decent value as far as I'm concerned - feeds 4 and no one complains
