Have you tried returning it to stock after letting it rest for a while? (it's a different icon on the Xcal - not under the one you goto to load a custom tune - I think it's on the main/first screen)

So it's pretty much FG MKIII FG X they're calling it (not FH) Seems a lot more appropriate - more of a facelift than a new model.

Turn the car off for a half hour, return the vehicle to stock tune then load the tune you want. Have had it happen to me twice now - no matter what you try the car needs a good half hour of so before it will let you return it to stock. Seems to happen after a couple of recent flashes when loading in the TCM (the transmission tune - the bit it asked if you wanted to download) I think (will need confirmation) that when this happens and it locks up the car will still be tuned with the previous flash and safe to drive - I'd wait for confirmation first through.

Can't notice anything different. ICC screen looks the same 12v socket at a different angle to mine maybe. Different upholstery maybe?

Put the receiver on a USB extension cable. That way there's a long cord hanging out of the lappy that you can't help but notice and unplug when packing it away.

I think that's his problem - forgetting to unplug it when he heads home KVM's the best solution - unless you remote into your laptop from the desktop rather than use it direct

Interesting Wasn't the first test a manual GTS vs an auto GT-F? They say it's the same cars again, so even more impressive. Would be expecting the auto GTS to lose some more KW's and the manual GT to gain some - making the gap even wider if they went "like for like" Wonder how the temprementality of the overboost would play out on the 1/4 - would it be in the desired range for it to kick in over a single run? (or is that just the difference from a dyno run compared to a road run?)
