Probably a stupid suggestion, but as it's intermittent and only once warm/hot - see if it ties in with the thermo's kicking in. Maybe the (slightly) extra load is highlighting a battery or other elec issue.

I'd recommend you get a Citroen All you'd need to do is indicate left to turn the radio on, which would (obviously) open the fuel cap and thus, lower the window

Now I've been called out - I tried to make it sound technical and like I did something awesome whe all I did was buy one of these :( YOU DON'T KNOW ME......... Seriously though - I bought the soda stream when there were a fair few teenagers living in the house. It worked beautifully - when they actually have to work it themselves, clean their own bottles and take ownership I found that "soft drink" consumption dropped by a huge amount. Usually any soft drink I bought was opened, half shared then left in the fridge (or round the house) and a new bottle opened because the last one was flat. Now there's never anything that isn't drunk, rinsed, refilled and put back in the fridge. Personally - I love tonic water, ginger beer, soda water and also lime and creamy soda - but not every day. And not enough to have a bottle of each in the fridge at all times fresh and waiting for me - especially not with kids in the house that are more than likely than not to have poured a glass and left the top off. This way I can drink soda water all day (which I wouldn't do with tap water) and have a glass of whatever other flavour takes my fancy whenever I want. Bingo - the bottles don't have a fuel gauge on them (yeah - they may last 3 weeks or more, but when they run out it's usually inconvenient, plus they start to go "flat" for the last bit) Lets me drink as much soda water as I want, the mixes are a hell of a lot better than coke or any other soft drink and also limits what the kids drink by forcing them to manually participate I went the top of the line Soda Stream (don't have to screw the bottles in each time) and just bought a 6kg CO2 bottle and adapter - honestly, it would have been far cheaper (short term) to have just continued on as we were going. You really, really like trying to stir things up don't you ;P Can't remember what you drive, any advice you've given nor any questions you've asked - all I can recall of your posts are semi argumentative jibes and cheap, provocative jabs - some I like, some I don't and others that just make me wonder what your deal is. Keep it up doge - it's working so far

It was the scare in the late 70's, early 80's when people started buys cars that had power windows - "What happens if you drive into a river and the windows are up?" Was really just a way of controlling your jealousy that the Jones's next door bought a car with luxuries.

They're tipping that if you're under the car and using them not as intended and they fail - you won't be in any position to call them out on the advertised specs

WPMO: Just called a mate to invite him round for a beer out of the blue - his story is very, very similar to the tales of woe up above He's at the cop shop signing off an AVO against him. His misses has been seeing someone else off and on for a while apparently and they'd decided to go their own way's amicably Same home etc with the kids while they sorted out their finances and sold the house etc He came home today to the kids moved out and an AVO for the reason "financial duress???" - her lawyer suggested she file it because he'd stopped leaving cash in the credit card for pokies, smokes and booze. Not sure how that fits in with an AVO - will be the first to come down on him if she's got a single reason to be in any fear from him, but yeah - that's a pretty low act for her to pull. He was about to file one of his own in retaliation but I suggested he find himself a lawyer first - am tipping that (if the facts are what he said over the phonecall) then she's been given some really, really bad advice.

Do they raise the car high enough to slide car stands under?

Handy tool to raise the car up so you can fit the trolley jack under the bumper/skirts though
