Just pulled it off the cooker (5am), wrapped it and put it in the esky (needs a fair few hours resting - will keep warm in the esky for a long time) I reckon it will be brekkie we eat it - not lunch, Maybe we do it as brunch? Cut a slice off - fark me - everyone should try this slice of heaven at least once before they die, Note to self: start cooking next one in the morning instead of at bedtime
