What telly are you running? My Samsung TV integrates with my Samsung soundbar (with a wireless woofer) and it runs as if it was connected to the TV (TV volume on the remote changes the soundbar etc) 1,000 times better than the crap speaker that are on the TV (will never be as good as proper speakers), but crank up MTV or explosions and the bass makes you smile See if there's something that integrates with the TV you have (only ever needing the 1 remote is farking awesome - even my foxtel is integrated into the system)

Excellent Look at doing the Sheene ride next year - isn't a fast ride, but farkin awesome. We did detours through the small towns along the way to make sure we cruised past all the primary schools and damn - put a smile on my face to see all the kids lined up along the road getting a huge buzz and cheering on the 800 odd bikes that revved their way past them. I know the area you stayed in - the big "A" frame building on the corner used to be a surf shop owned and run by Shirley Strachan (you may remember him from either Skyhooks, Hey Hey it's Saturday or Shirl's Neighbourhood on a sat morning - depending how old you are). Was pretty awesome to drop into the shop and chat with "Shirl the Curl". Farken heartbreaking when he passed away. The blokes who camp beside me every year do the cruise down from Sydney each year - making sure they choose a different route each year and plan a spare day to do something new. This year it was the Vic Markets on the Friday (yeah - they rode from Cowes to checkout the Vic Markets in Melbourne) We're looking at heading to the camp ground at the track next year (never tried it before) and getting down and dirty with the unwashed yobs. (caravan park is getting too "family friendly" - lights out by 10pm etc) Am wrapped you got to be there for what was the best racing weekend in over a decade - am scared the next one won't have a chance of measuring up. Superbike weekend is great - less people, but every one who attends is actually a bike rider. So much more a feeling of brotherhood with the crowd. Used to be my favorite weekend of the 2, but the Supers are definitely becoming the "also ran" of the sport :(

Haha - I went from Tuff's to Tuff II's then back to alloys Damn - am getting emotional now - it was a sweet ride. Never had anything I'd modded and adjusted more (including the XR6T)

Wonder if the non-bank lenders have the same excuse the banks have (need to keep a larger reserve??) and, if they don't, how they will justify any increase

I think intune have blown a few engines - even built the cop car engine that detonated didn't they? I think they were also sending out generic tunes via ebay which was pretty scary? Have never dealt with either them or BTA, so am just going off the vibe I get from the forum, but there ARE ones mentioned above that have the runs on the board and thumbs up from people who are still happy with their cars and their tuners. Take it slow - heaps of time - heaps of info to intake

Get to know your car and take in all the info you need. http://www.fordxr6turbo.com/forum/topic/76044-modding-your-fg-xr6-turbo/is a pretty good starting point for getting your head around what you want to look to when ready. Reading the forums will get you a pretty good idea of people in your area with success stories (and some with disasters) By the time it came for me to make a move towards modding I had a pretty good idea of what shop I'd be trusting to send it too - then some face time with the tuner and all was good.

BTA is probably the only one that's caught out more than intune from what I've seen on the forum. Forgot who it was, but they blew one blokes budget by about $20k and 12 months
