I reckon I lucked out and got the wrong end of the "within tolerances" of each part that causes the backlash/clunk. Even get it at times while sitting on 100km/h on the freeway on cruise control when it comes on/goes off the throttle :S Been checked - all is within spec It can be pretty damn violent when driving spiritedly - only solution is to change the driving style to not come off the gas too quickly
