The $2.5k mentioned above would get you power (maybe not to the 300) The $5.5k would get you safer, more stable power (closer to or above the 300) edit: going cheaper the 1st round ends up costing more in the long run as you replace things you fitted the 1st time and need to get a retune every time you make a change - do it once, do it right

Bought the egg the day I got some prongs for the rotisserie - then f*cked up the cook :S Was a very expensive day :( The Egg actually has an add-on rotisserie kit - with a power cord (and a few other accessories that I'll "need") Have got a WiFi temp controller (fan controlled by PID unit) and temp probe on it's way too - no more staying awake during the 18 hour cooks. Will be able to set and forget then head out or head to bed - getting messages to the phone when there's attention required or the food is ready. Just chucked a bolar roast in for something to try.

Good rinse didn't fix - this was the early days of camel backs - am tipping something reacted with the bladder - went brown and then fragile. Not sure that the setups are now, but they used to have spring loaded valves at the mouth too - that was the bit that rusted after a day later. Salty and electrolytes Anyway - riding through NT - full leathers, camelback for hydration Visor gets squished bugs - couple of drops from the camelback and a wipe cleans it Could of drops of staminade and a wipe... doesn't Then - refill time - the staminade is basically a salt - leaves crystals that block everything in the tubes, a worse and worse taste as it gets more and more dilluted. Any metal bits - high salt, high electrolyte solution = rusty taste real quick.

+1 never fill one with staminade though might seem like a good idea at the time, but it's really not
