    And..... am signed up. Would love to see some of you guys there. Signed up in the "Slow" group. I've done the Island on the bike before and it was awesome - looking forward to doing it in the car.

    Did that a few times - tried 2 different pics. The earlier post took (felt like) about 10 secs to post each one. Maybe something timed out. edit: working fine now

Hopefully insurance is your friend and any property in the car that isn't identified as stolen gets to be yours.     Good spot Pretty sure we need to use the longest screws (comes with 3 sizes) Think it's a 2mm allen key to tighten them I need to (or find it easier to) push the lever down when pushing the bracket onto the unit. Make sure you push it all the way down/on.

    2 racks of beef ribs, 3 racks of pork ribs Ready to go on the smoker early tomorrow morning for lunch. Currently prepping jalapeno's for snacks to go with the cheese and cheese/chilli kranskies. Anyone who's bored tomorrow is welcome to drop in. Not bad marbling on the beef ribs :D Should be a good cook-up
