Have a look at shockworks - they're the one to beat for suspension and are doing a line of calipers and rotors for the Fords Not sure how close they are to releasing the rears yet (may have already got them in stock) XYZ also do a set - or PBR??? Many are happy with just upgrading the rotors and pads to DBA T3 and keeping the current callipers

I think I mentioned the "Nescafe" homebrew kit I bought. Have had some decent beers from it, but some of my favorites really need to be poured oldschool with nitro or a hand pump (or have the widget in the can) Went searching for solutions where I could have the same smooth, creamy goodness from the home brew (or what dad calls - "they way they do Guinness") at home. Short of getting a whole tap/bottle/fridge system I stumbled upon a system that does it for me Bought myself a "nirtobrew" kit and am trying it out now. Was skeptical, but fark me - mothers milk This is a stout - it poured out of my tap with almost zero head. Excuse the colour of the clip - doesn't do it justice - the head isn't white - it's as chocolate coloured as a hipsters macciato. Have got a "Kilkenny" on brew at the moment - that will be the proof of concept - if that works then I'm hooked.

No argument here on the price/value option - I just wanted the front/rear channels, hardwire and the wifi options the Blackvue had as well as the support for larger memory cards. One thing that it does have going for it is that it doesn't have a screen - doesn't look like a cam, just tucks up discretely behind the mirror with the E-Tag.

Which state is the car getting dyno'd in? (we need to know in case it's S.A.) Auto or manual? (am tipping auto??) I'll go 340 at the rear and a 11.8 to start the bidding. Terminal velocity 124mph (take the tyres/peddler out of the equation a fair bit) Exhaust/dump etc for the next step.

Just got back from Jaycar with a bag of stuff for soldering. Am about to put together a tube amp kit for the headphones so grabbed all the bits that I think I may need. Just need to find the time now - I think it's going to be a long project.

The Blackvue unit I have (or a similar or updated one) comes up on Massdrop fairly often - not sure how much it's discounted. I've bought some other stuff from them using the Korean manufacturers website and it worked out cheaper that the Aussie one (I think - either that or the Aussie one didn't stock what I was after) I bought my original unit off eBay - was $515. That included the kit to hardwire it into the car with the battery saver cutoff. Maybe a group buy from one of the other suppliers rather then the official Australian store could get better results? Am extremely happy with my unit - set and forget then put the SD card into the computer and get great footage and info from the companion app. It's pretty much to the point where I don't bother using the GoPro anymore unless I need an outside cam. The footage of my trackdays (and Gary's kangaroo incident - am sure he'll elaborate....) is more than good enough. At home, with the unit connected to the wifi, I get notifications if the car detects movement while parked - can view the cams from bed and even yell out over the inbuilt speaker to anyone nearby. The 256gb SD card I use was more than enough for the full Adelaide cruise and usually keeps weeks of footage at a time for me (usually short trips). The rear cam is more than useable (again - ask Gary about the roo) and I've also got an IR cam I can swap the rear one for to keep focused on the passengers in the car day or night. I do keep the speed and GPS on - I figure I'll be more likely to be able to use the data to prove any innocence on my part than I would be to have it used against me in any way. A quick hold of the button formats the card in the unit There's also a kit with a rear camera suitable for external mounting (rear of utes etc) All that said - I haven't looked at what's in the market these days.

Original Diablo demo was ~70 meg Took the best part of the day to dowload - when no one called part way through and cut off the DL. Winsock, trumpet, ATH0 etc - was bloody messy back then lol All I wanted to do was look up porn later that night when the .bmp finished downloading - why did it have to be so hard.
