  1. Whats this torque management ratter? Not quite sure if its closed or open loop.
  2. Hey guys I cant seem to find problem? 1st and 2nd gear holds boost fine then when I hit 3rd it gets to about 14 goes back to 10 then to 13 or so then back down to 10. only in 3rd and up?? Any ideas?
  3. that's not really answering my question but anyways. Ive had no tune with a full exhaust system put on. no engine lights and an electronic boost controller. And everything is tip top. had it on the dyno everything is great. Touch wood. The boost controller is stopping any overboost and no engine lights are on from cat change or exhaust change. and running better than ever. sorry for hijacking the thread guys just sharing my opinion. EDIT: I have a tune for all my prevous mods obviously just no recent one for exhaust.
  4. And if afr's are the same which they shoud be. Ignition and timing should be fine and not differ?
  5. Then what happens if you turn the boost controller off. The ECU will not then control boost then bang? Not saying your wrong but I just dont follow.
  6. whoopsy. actuator and turbo housing *********
  7. The controller is connected to the boost solenoid valve. then to fuel press reg and also the actuator. the boost controller bypasses the factory ecu. I dont understand why you would need a tune?
  8. Im running a Greddy Profec2 and love it. Gotta spend the time though. The mr policeman wouldnt really be to happy about the controllers would they? Anyone had any troubles?
  9. Replaced my electric window assembly (pain in my asshole) Secured elec boost controller in cab cleaned engine bay
  10. Why reply with a stupid answer? Not really rocket science.
  11. Hey guys im going to degrease my engine this weekend. Any pointers on places to be careful near? Cheerrrrrrrrrrrs
  12. Rip off the turbo man. Itll take you alot less time in the long run.
  13. Well there has to be some mechanical reason its doing this. Things dont simply make a noise because somebody named that car Ford does it. Not very clever are ya pal lol. Anyone got any useful/not stupid answers? Im pretty sure I got the back sorted I found a thread for the leafs
  14. Hey peeps. My ute was making a few creaking noises in the front and rear. Tightened up the rear leaf bolts and gave em a spray with WD. Was sweet. Then after a week they start making the noise again. ????? Then was getting a noise from front end when I turn at slow speed. Say into drive way/ 3 point turn. Got rack end tightened and still making the noise. Its really sh*tting me. What could it be? Struts maybe?
