yes mate still the original motor with the add on's. just klicked over 60,000km on the way there. just have to look after the std tranny as I tow my boat down the coast a bit.

yeh wont go metal cat again only got about 18 months out of this one ,thinking of going the Balistic 5" from catco . has anyone used these ?

just been looking to find out what cat people are using when running 330rwkw + but cant find much info on what is the best brand. I have a Metal cat at the moment but is st..fed , it is breaking away so any info would be of help. have herd Catco in th 3.5" are good any feed back? thanks

hi I hade the same problem when towing my boat up the mountain the D would flash and go into a limp mode and would not rev over 3,ooo rpm turnss out it was transmition overheating . have installed trans cooler and have not had a drama ..hope this helps..

yes I bypassed the radiator so I dont have any water problems . think I might have to think about g/box mod to continue towing the boat.. trans cooler should do the job ??

yes went into a sort of limp mode loss of power , spoke to Shaun at ford today and says it is the trans strugeling with the load and heat. not sure what to do now I have trans cooler on already .

the boat is a quintrex 480 coastrunner just over a ton . I do have a trans cooler fited just in the top grill and I do drive in pefomance mode up and down the mountain..

hi need some info . yesterday came back from the coast towing myboat it was a bit hoter than usual and almost to the top of the mountain and the temp guage went from just over 1/4 to just over 1/2 and the temp light started flashing and also the d D for drive on the dash is this normal if the temp goes up a bit more than where it usualy runs? by the guage it was not overly hot. this has hapend once before just after I put the pwr aloy expantion tank on and was towing the boat but was givig it a bit of stick up the mountain could it be that the new tank is holding the heat to much ??? any help would be great
