  1. Yeah that's good, have been hearing more and more good reports about hurricane. Yeah I was meant to be getting the xforce for a great price as well, I told Liverpool exhaust the quote and they came up with a price that isn't too far off and can make it when ever I want it.
  2. How about the sound? How about the quality? Thinking of going 3.5" split to 3" after the diff too each muffler, by the sounds of things they are looking better then xforce.
  3. Hi guys looking at getting a quad tip exhaust for my fg mkii xr6 turbo. Was meant to be getting a xforce cat back but they are proving to be a real pain 6 weeks waiting and still can't tell me when one will be in stock. Can anybody comment on hurricane exhaust?I have heard a few good things about them nothing negative as of yet. Looking at getting one made at Liverpool exhaust on the next week. So if anybody has one or can comment on them that would be awesome. Thanks
  4. Yeah I went in my mates bf xr6 turbo with a single 3.5" and it didn't drone. I'm only going the dual 2.5" with quad tips for looks and a bit of sound.
  5. Turns out I'm going to get a dual 2.5" system with quad tips! Should look the goods
  6. Fully aware of that. Only doing it for sound at the minute. $800 is still the best price I have seen for a stainless cat back by far.
  7. On eBay the best deal I have seen so far. Just under $795 including shipping. Meant to be easy to install nothing requires cutting and bolt on. Will get one in the next 2-3 weeks. http://item.mobileweb.ebay.com.au/viewitem?itemId=150999854503&index=5&nav=SEARCH&nid=68833666079
  8. I called xforce head office today asking about this, they were fairly helpful. Apparently the dual 2.5" is around 92-94db and the single 3.5" is around 94-96db, fairly sure he quoted the stock to be around 84-86db. Also told me that if drone is an issue to go with the dual 2.5" but talking to exhaust shops they believe the 3.5 won't drone. Will probably just go the 2.5" dual stainless cat back as I can pick that up for $800 delivered over $1200 for the 3.5"
  9. I'm going through this exact situation now trying to choose either a 2.5" dual or a 3.5" stainless cat back. From what I have heard the 3.5" seems to be more popular than the dual. I want it to sound nice and deep and louder than stock. How much louder are either one of these systems over stock? I just don't want it to drone or be too loud when trying to cruise.
