Do you have a tow bar? When they install them they have to get 2 nuts onto bolts in the chassis rails. To do this they weld a length of wire to the nut. If the wire is not removed. It will give a metallic rattle over bumps. It's an absolute B to find. I hope this helps. Derek

Get some Gel type paint stripper, get down on you hands and knees and start stripping. (the cooler that is) They come up a treat and the paint will never chip. Plus the car will go faster!

Good topic! My car ran a 12.38 at the strip (using MT street Radials) Now I tell all and sundry I have a 12 second car. Had I been really really lucky and got a 11.99 I would be telling all I have an 11 second car. I'm with Luke show me the timeslip.

I got a price on one of these today from Autobahn. They want $399 for the unit. Then you apparently need a remote as well $79.00. It won't work without the remote but it's not included

I saw it! I was going down the Frankston Freeway at 100kph and it went past me. Going at a good rate for a big old Holden!

I paid $60 to have one re rolled ( had a bump on the rear of the wheel ) so it didn't need to be re-coated. At Heidelberg West Then had gutter marks fixed on the Fusions $150 had to be lathed and re-coated at Moorabbin. They did a great job!

Great day out boys well worth the drive door to door was 350kms inc 7 runs down the strip. Not that I'm winging though you guys from NSW and QLD deserve a medal I got a PB 12.33 @115.8 MPH bring it on Fluckey 11's here I come

Just a note for those spectating or taking spectators. I called into a Bob Jane T Mart the other day, when I said I was going to the drags they gave me a couple of free spectator tickets for the night. I would suggest you call into your local Bob Jane and give it a go.
