  1. I've only ever had to change a Tyre once on the side of the road and that was because I ran over a piece of steel and split the side wall . Every other time its just been a screw or a nail , so I just pull the the nail or screw out , plug the tyre pump it up and drive off . No need to take the wheel off . I know it doesn't answer your question but its so easy and less hassle than jacking your car up and changing a tyre.
  2. Are you running the correct hub rings ??
  3. Just cut a big hole in the lower part of the air box and leave the standard snorkel in place. Its free and does the job
  4. Your probably better off sticking with the factory air box and putting that money towards a pw surge tank. Just cut a hole in the lower part of the air box and put in a k&n air filter.
  5. That would be the perfect combo
  6. I thought you would be able to get an fg f6 to run a very low eleven with just a high flow cat and e85 tune (obviously injectors and fuel pump ) im sure there would have to be a few around.
  7. http://www.unitedpetroleum.com.au/united/fuel/ethanol-85/e85-store-list
  8. This is only a guess but im thinking that any kind of upper cylinder lube would settle at the bottom of the tank becase it doesnt mix well
  9. I only started using an upper cylinder lube and injector cleaner after having issues with random stalling and rough idle and it has fixed the issue.
  10. I saw this in super cheap the other day I think its around $10-$11 per bottle and treats 95 litres , apparently you can use it with e85 going by their web site. Its an upper cylinder lube and injector cleaner. Still not sure how upper cylinder lube and ethanol mix but I guess a small amount in a full tank maybe its not an issue.
  11. Yeah if you can stall it up a bit higher and with a 1.7 60ft you would probably have an 11.4 -11.5 in your current set up. So e85 and a good 60ft you should run a pretty impressive time for minimal mods
  12. Nice time for those mods and on street tyres , you should be able to knock a fair bit off that time with some et streets
  13. Thanks mate I will check it out. When I upgrade my turbo I will be aiming for around 450kw so I figure the nizpro exhaust will be the best option.
  14. What are peoples experiences with the nizpro 4inch exhaust , is there any drone at all and what's the volume like from inside the car?
  15. Your car should run a low eleven with with an upgraded tailshaft and lsd and et streets . And the hot weather would of killed your mph. When my car was making around 336-340kw (on cms dyno)it would run an 11.7 at around 121mph and that's leaving the line without really stalling it up and if I stalled it up to 2300rpm it would run an 11.2 @ 123mph (both times are on et streets.)
  16. Can't be too much lag you seem to get off the line pretty good with standard stall. (10.6 @131 MPH Lol )
  17. Good luck mate what Tyres are you going to run.? Id love to go but I wont be finishing work until late.
  18. Just cut a big hole in the lower part of the factory air box and put a k&n filter in there if you want to keep the standard look.
  19. Yeah just don't let the fuel get to low in your tank if you're giving it a hard time
  20. Yeah id definitely upgrade fuel system and tailshaft . If either one of these fail or let you down it will turn into a lot more dollars then just replacing the part as they will cause damage to other parts of you car.
  21. Looks good mate you should have fun making the big dollar cars look silly. What tune have you got in it for the modball (kw??) Write up a bit of a review when you recover id be interested in what you think of the event.
