I didn't need to pull up in a hurry as there wasn't anyone around me but did notice it when I did apply the brakes. So then I just eased of the brakes and let the car slowly pull itself up. I was talking to my brother the other day and he does some computer work for an oil engineer. He gave him 5 litre's of oil that he engineered for some racing teams. Apparently it makes the oils we all buy look stupid. Was told that you can get over 30 thousand kms out of it and it will still look as new as the day it went in when they drain it. I am going to try and get some. Here is hoping anyway, my Bro did say he should be able to get it for me though.

Its shudders at high speed I noticed that coming back from Sydney the other week. It was an animal just wanted to keep going with no problems. I was impressed to say the least.

lol mine still has N.S.W plates waiting for the rego to run out before I change my plates to A.C.T. As you can see from my picture though I have stock wheels bonnet protecters and head light protecters so grandpas car but I like it protects it. Got a little scared though the other day the wife had to go to a funeral down the coast so she took the XR for its first spin down the Clyde Mountain she said it went great with a big smile on her face.

If anyone is interested I got a quote back from cms in Sydney today. Told them that there are a few of us in canberra looking to mod in a couple of months. They gave me some good info as well but still had a few more questions for them that I am waiting a response on. If anyone wants to know prices private message me as you all know I won't put company's prices online for everyone to see. I will say that I am impressed so far just wish I had a bit more coin lol.

Yeah mate a bit hard to buy fuel there but you can run duel tunes on an x3 tuner so can run a 98 tune and an e85 as well.

As per Caltex's website they say e-flex is e-85 but I have heard that it may be actually 70-75 on the forums somewhere. I thought it was interesting reading that thread I posted about how eflex ain't much good in colder climates, hence why they say in colder climates they may change the mix in the colder months so your car will still start.

Yeah much cheaper to buy. Makes your car run cooler, parts last longer and gives you around another 30 to 40 rwks. Disadvantage is it burns quicker ad you will have to change fuel pump and injector's to atleast 80 dekkas or 1000cc ect ect. Oh and its apparently better for the environment if your a greeny

Hey Guys just thought I would do some research on the E85 fuels available here in Canberra. Seems to be 2 Caltex servos in Canberra that have it according to Caltex's website. They have one on the South side at Kambah. And one in Nicholls. Next time I am in Kambah will cruise past to confirm if they have it or not. I am looking at this as it will determine what type of injectors I will be running when I mod and of course fuel pump.

Just for info if anyone wants to know. I cruised past united servo in fyshwick the other day they don't have the 85 petrol. But what they did have was 100ron petrol better than shell bp and others and was also 1 cent cheaper than shell as well.
