  1. I'll be heading out to the 17th of September morning sesh Jase, depending on wether I have my S15 or 180 finished I might skid the ute again, it was actually fun and funny skidding it, Mez just looked over at me and started laughing hahaha. Yeah that was a bad day, Kroozin, had an epic boost leak so it just didn't love life, then blew the box and clutch near the end of the day, was stuck in 3rd, so had to do laps around the track without stopping hahahaha.
  2. Just wait a couple days, they list them individually on there I'm pretty sure, they were on eBay the other night when I looked, somoene must have bought it.
  3. Jase, you're the same person I bought that 1.5JZ off aren't you? Is your ute manual or auto?
  4. I'll see how a pair of 19x10-46 fit under the rear guards.
  5. It'd be quite hard to control in an auto I'd imagine because you don't have a clutch to initiate/use to wash off speed. You'd be doing a power over start which would result in a lot of spin outs until you get the throttle control correct, you'd also be limited to corners only, no manji drifting or huge hand brake entries. If someone goes out in an auto, proove me wrong! Make sure to post up some footage! Would like to see how it goes.
  6. Anyone taken their cars drifting before? Post up some footage! Took my standard FG turbo ute out to the last morning drift sesion at Queensland Raceway. Trailered my actual drift car out with the ute which is my daily, and ended up using the ute instead. Went surprisingly well for a completely standard car, they have heaps of useable lock. I think I might do some suspension mods and take it out again.
  7. They should be removing the intercooler piping, core and even the inlet manifold and throughly cleaning/inspecting everything so there's no fragments sitting in there for the engine to gobble up later on if it's the front wheel that's let go, if it's the rear they should remove the exhaust manifold and exhaust and clean/inspect it all as well.
  8. I'l give them a crack at the next drift day, been hearing from other drifters that they delam quite bad.
  9. Just a long nose die grinder mate.
  10. Took mine out yesterday, took about 5min. Easy job. I'm actually surprised with the difference it's made with low throttle driving, feels a lot better, and feels like it's pulling harder and getting onto boost better.
  11. So even the utes have them? Looks like I got a job to do when I get home.
  12. Do the Plazmaman 4inch intakes fit with the GTX?
