  4. Hi folks, Long story short, I have tried to research my problem on the net and through this website but I just cant find the solution. If possible can someone help me out here . Basically when I try to open the heater, only the drivers side has heat and the passenger side is just cold air, even though the temperature is set to 'HIGH' on the passenger side. I do have dual climate control but its work perfectly fine when adjusting the temperature only till I put it on 'HIGH'. Could this be a gas problem? Thanks
  5. I was willing to polish the intercooler hehe
  6. Ahhh kk bummer. Cheers
  7. Hi guys, I was just wondering if any fg xr6t's owner have tried removing the plastic end tanks on the factory intercooler or is it 1 whole piece that needs to stay there? Cheers
  8. Dam. Where about can I find one of them?
  9. Hey guys I was wondering if anyone knows if the oem replacement intercooler pipe kit from Herrods fits with a 4" cold side air intake where the battery sits. Cheers

  11. Ah good I got quite worried. Its very little the sound. Would it make a difference if I put the box filter back on?
  12. Hey guys I don't if there is supposed to be a screw here on the plenum. I originally had a dose pipe on and I have put everything back to stock but instead of the box filter I put a pod filter. I replaced the stock BOV but when I drive it make a hissss sound when letting of the foot. Could this be the problem?
  13. Yer it would look really nice. On the avert they have a pictures on series 2, but to be honest it doesn't look that tempting to buy. Although I like the angel eyes on the bf
  14. Hey guys, Just gazing through Ebay and found FG angel eyes. What do you guys recon? Worth getting? http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Ford-Falcon-FG-XR-Turbo-Angel-Eyes-Head-Lights-with-rings-XR6-XR8-pair-LH-RH-/261236604372?pt=AU_Car_Parts_Accessories&hash=item3cd2ea3dd4 Anyone recon would could do some group buy or tutorials how to do these on our xr6/8's? Personally I thought that making angel eyes for the FG's wont work due to there angles of how their made but someone has done it, somehow.
  15. hmmm to be honest I am tempted to make my brackets and stuff but I dont have enough time :(. I have Exams and cant afford to spend time on it where as I could be studying. Has anyone made their own brackets in the forums?
  16. to be honest I think to have a relocation to the boot would be cheaper? however in WA I dont know if there legal have
  17. hey peeps, I was just wondering a couple of things: 1. how much should I be paying for (roughly), for a relocation to the boot 2. is it worth it or is it better transfering it to the right hand side of the engine bay and why? 3. what do most people prefer to have today, like the benefits and drawbacks? Hope to hear back
  18. i wouldn't mind a 4" air box & battery relocation kit group buy :wwww:
  19. bummer, I was wanting to get one and polish it hehehe
  20. I mean the bottom part that is joined to the engine
  21. Hi guys, I was wondering if a normal fg I.e an xt or xr6 plenum are the same as the turbo model or are they different?
  22. Hey guys, I hope this isn't a silly question but can anyone tell me the difference between a 'stepped' intercooler and a 'non stepped' intercooler and which one is better in the long run. Cheers
  23. Hehehe I liked the idea. Recently I had a good think about the muffler intake and to be honest I really wanted to switch to a better one but the price was to high for the thing it self, jumping between $100-200, so instead I did a dose pipe conversion for $90 for the whole thing and the thing is it's brand new as well he he, hers l here's a quick pic Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Motorculture mobile app
  24. Oh okay guys thanks for the help Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using Motorculture mobile app
