  2. Hey Genx, the G6 is making 446rwkw. I stalled it up to around 2700 with hand brake and quick spike. Was on boost hard off the line.
  3. I have the tailshaft done in my G6 and a true trac. Without the true track and just tailshaft it ran 11.2 @ 127mph. It has since ran a best of 10.71 and best mph of 133 with nothing braking. I would think the ZF input will be the next to go. Good time too bud
  4. I prefer lightweight tube n fin, have played with all types of cooler cores for 20+ years. For some reason it seems a touchy subject lol. I have just imported a bar n plate core to compare with the euro tube n fin cores I am using. Will be posting some data on it soon. I can say though that it is around 3 times the weight of the euro tube n fin and flow area seems considerably less. I want to run a back to back test with identical tanks so flow and air speed is the same with a repeat loading cycle. I think I will see if I can get them tested at PWR's wind tunnel facility as well as back to back on car/dyno. Just some food for thought though, I picked up 45rwkw from changing from my pwr stepped to a bigger euro tube n fin. I also picked up 6mph down quarter. The new cooler although considerably larger weighed in considerably less. Just like when cooking heat is transferd faster through a lighter aluminum pan than a thicker, heavier one....

  8. Hey guys was good to see you all today. Hope you liked taking the lil gtx 76 for a spin boys. Shame it was a bit warm, was getting very loose again on way home as the temp dropped. Always go for another rip in her on a cooler evening. Let me know if I can help u with anything Biz and if u get stuck mate I have a good s/h 76 sitting in my shed. Speak soon

    Yep I went 323rwkw wirh PWR stepped cooler, air intake, 100 cell cat and F6 injectors. Was a real nice streetable combo. You will love it

  12. After talking with Simon yesterday the boost duty cycle was taperd down at start due to boost hitting to hard and shredding the tyres on rollers. The car was also fitted with an 8psi can over the 14psi can it had. We had to do the same on mine and bring it in gradually. See you at next street meet Ripped?   14. Did the shaft balance at mates dealership after hours. Cost me a bottle of scotch lol. If he is keen will try n line something up. I still have a heap of weld on weights. Just have to do em after hours? Was run on Caltex e85 Don

  16. Yeah bud, got it within spec but still a very slight vibration at 100kmh. It doesnt get worse though, almost goes away. I would like to go and have a play with it again to try and sort the front half. Normally you only add weights at the rear cv on fact shafts. Give us a yell if you want to give it a try n we will go in one night
  17. Yeah box is hanging in but for how long? Might wait till push a bit more power thru it n see if it pops lol. Power rating of box, not sure, was never discussed. He said just to upgrade clutches n fit Niz input shaft.

  20. Hey Matty, I gota get same done on my ZF. Been quoted around 4.5k drive in/out with Niz input shaft and clutch kit. You might need to come to SA for a holiday

  24. That 323 is a car I did a heap of work on ages ago. Plenum, cooler, meth tank etc etc. Customers name was Mark
  25. You running a 76 snail or bigger? Im pretty sure it was getting upto 2700, was only quick glance. You flashing the convertor or bringing it up slow? I can get 2300 on the street with 20's on? All I can think is the lil 76 producing more torque down low and spiking the conv? Hmmmm white magic maybe lmao
