my excess is the same as other years ben, I asked about it and increasing my excess by $200 only made the premium $50 cheaper,not worth it I reckon. I tried iselect and found it to be basicly useless.I have some minor cosmetic legal mods. after filling out the online details form they couldnt match me with anyone? you are better off speaking directly with insurance companies. what really sh*ts me is all the companies in australia are basicly owned by 2 or 3 companies (underwriters) eg: suncorp (dearest) owns aami (cheapest),aami underwrites justcars (legalised robbery).suncorp are one of the dearest nearly as bad as shannons who are under written by AAI (one of the other parent companies) your screwed no matter who you end up with.

yeah I got reamed by AAMI this year too,mine went up $220. because of the "new system". been with them for 15 years,no claims nothing and this is the thanks I get. tried shannons amongst others and wished I could reach thru the phone and slap them, $500 dearer than anyone else. "has to be shannons" my arse!

just picked up some nulon, 10/40, 7ltrs - 1x6ltr, 1x1ltr bottles for $28! redeemed my $26 credit on my membership card. not bad for $80 normal price worth of oil !! the 5/40 is also on sale too.

Yes they are the same lights sold by a different company. Unlike the altezza rubbish there are only the two shades available,red smoked and black smoked lights.mine are red,work perfectly and light up better than bulb taillights because of the led's.a lot of jap and Korean cars as well as Expensive Daewoo caprice's have them std,exactly the same set up.

these are my interior led lights,blue interior and white in the boot. the boot light is gives off a good brightness,these shots were taken in my garage in the dark to show their brightness. I got these off evil bay but supercheap has them too

yes,buy it,that aint a bad deal especially if you can knock them down a bit more,xr6t's are great cars,imprezzas are as gay as the 20yr old datsuns that the import brigade gloat about.

this is my 2012 mk2 xr6t 'limited edition'. as you can see its basicly a luxo pack minus the dual climate control-single climate only.yes velocity the mk2 at least have ipod/usb connection in the console. the 'LE'S came with full leather,black console surround,carbon fibre look dash and door trim,reverse sensors with camera,19' wheels-new style- and according to my dealer some got a full size alloy spare or sat nav but not both.I got the wheel,dont need sat nav as I already have one.they are/were similar to the 50th ann models in features minus a few op's like side mirror blinkers etc.. but they are a bloody good buy. new mk 2 turbos are all gone from what ive been told,still a few new n/a's for sale. that's of course if your after new.hope this helps

what about lakeside for a venue? has everything we would need, 1/8 mile strip, toilets/showers etc.. the track absolutely sh*ts all over willowbank, more open space to camp/park,shops nearby.. its mainly used by clubs these days, its also owned by QR. a workmate races his rex there so I maaaay be able to put some feelers out?

I walked in to one of the dealerships when looking for my fg wearing ruggers,blue singlet and thongs,one salesman made a bee line to me straight away,I commented on it and his response was " we have no idea if you are a genuine customer,a looker or what we fear most a mystery shopper sent by fords marketing dept,we cant risk it as these mystery shoppers can get us fired on the spot" so there you go. I did a bit of research on these mystery shoppers, they are normal folk employed to go out to dealerships and ask questions,lots of questions and then hand over their results to ford who then follow up. its a ploy used in a lot of retail industries apparently.supposed to keep the staff on their toes
