Awesome got mine done there 2 weeks ago made 300rwkw also. Did the zf tune make much difference was unsure if worth getting it done would like to know your thoughts cheers.

I had the process west street airbox but have since gone turbo side. Combined with muffler delete you could definitely hear it. You can't beat turbo side if you want induction and flutter noise.

Mine ran out at 13psi couldn't get anymore but held it all for the whole run just got 300rwkw have all supporting mods for big power now saving for the 6235 -
Piping is the same and it's black crinkle powder coat.

Was driving being this super rare chev sv6 turbo.

You run out of thread to use shims but you can purchase camber castor kit for $150 then have to pay for fitting and another wheel alignment.

Was creaky before fitting them just at slow takeoff every now and then. Don't know if it's a common problem.

I have them and my ute is lowered but I had to remove bump stops as they sit quite high above diff. Still creaky at slow take off ford problem but tramp is gone.

I had the creaking before the rods I thought the rods might stop it but was wrong. must just be the leaf spring rear end.

Sorry didn't mean to generalize I just find if I wouldn't accept it how can I charge a customer for it. -
I have the mal wood kit only problem is they sit above the diff so had to remove bump stops. It hooks up at wot though still get that annoying creaking sound at slow takeoff every now and then though so annoying.

Who did the coating for you. I've had to get things blasted with garnet in the past before re coating to get the best results but in saying that they should have advised you on that. No one seems to take pride in the work anymore no matter how big or small. -
I have stage 2 comes with the smaller piping and steps up just before throttle body joiner. Only 2.5 inch outlet and inlet on actual cooler

Mine took 3 hours which included making craft wood templates so the next one can be made really quickly if I ever have to do one. But like I stated we have bandsaw, guillotine, hydraulic bender which cuts down time considerably. Mine is also 4mm aluminum and all screws are taped 3/16 countersunk so it looks really neat will post pics when I get it back from the coaters.

I do agree I made my turbo side intake for $200 including powder coating but I did have a massive workshop with top of the range equipment and 10 years in the trade to help.
