  1. I have the same beep in my xr6 t, I can't turn it off in the icc. it has the option to beep the horn when locked/unlocked and they are both off. any ideas?
  2. for what it's worth, with my old car it always ran better on caltex 98 compared to bp 98 an this was in a relatively high comp n/a motor, although im sydney and it may be different to the rest of australia.
  3. put you car in a high gear and drive up a hill so it is under load, and if it sounds like a diesel it will most likely be pinging

I thought I would just share how well my car turned out after a wax. the wax I used is dodo juice banana wax, it's a bit exy but it is so easy to put on and take off, and water beads nicely on it. well here are the photo's it beads quite well, it will be alot better once I do another coat.   8. When I first start the car it gurgles, like air is trapped in the cooling system. it stops after a bit of driving. has any one had this before? I did some research and apparently it is common for air to get caught in the heater core, so my plan is to cycle the heater on and off over a couple of drives, would this fix it? cheers edit: car doesn't over heat or heat up unusually quick and has more than enough in the coolant bottle.

  11. save up and do it all at the same time, it will be cheaper in the long run. just spend the extra couple of hundred and do it all at once.

  13. yeah, I will as there is a united close to home, I'll drive it as it is for a while until I get some funds together and so I can also sort out some bigger wheels before I start making more power :O

  19. Yeah nizpro pipes as far as I can tell everything in the intake, turbo and injects are aftermarket
  20. yeah he did, he new he was going to blow it running that much power, it lasted around 40 thousand km until it died. the box was done 6 weeks ago...
  21. im fairly sure its around 18psi as the, I know the nizpro overboost valve is set to 19
