Went into City Ford today for a chat.. took some nice pics of the new XR8 love the number plates :D Also a video is attached of a bit of engine revving :D Thanks to the guys at City Ford for letting me take the pics

I have been told by FOMOCO that they do need to do a recalibration of the speedo for 18" rims. So if you do decide to put them on later your speedo will be out by a bit. The factory sunroofs are the webasto brand. As FOMOCO had delays with sunroofs back in November/December last year. City Ford (where i got my car from) were still getting the cars in with no sunroof and fitting the same brand in the car. So literally they were exactly the same. However I got mine done at factory. Make sure that your dealer does put the same model in to keep it looking original if they cant get it for you from the Factory.

It seems a bad design.. hope they can fix it properly. Yes it will be covered under warranty.. not your fault it broke doing a normal thing.. like opening the bonnet.

I have to agree with you about when you pump the sub it distorts. Unfortunately not really much can be done with the layout and design of the dash.. went to enquire about aftermarket DVD player and they couldnt work out how to put it without ruining half my dash.

Now that they cant use the original name of GT40 Seems that some bloke bought the trademark and wont let it go without a fight. :lol: Why whats the deal with that?
