Yes In NSW you pay a fee of around $352 or $452 a year. Cant remember exactly. But they consider it a licensing fee. The RTA looks like they have redesigned their website too pretty nice.

I agree too. But the fact is.. 99% of these people dont sell them and are stuck with the plate. I for one wouldnt be paying more then cost price for a plate like XR6T or the like. I can understand if you had bought the plate and realised that you can't afford to pay the renewal every year, but to just make money off them is a no no. Im happy with my current plates.. my initials and year of birth. So to the people making money or trying to profiteer from selling plates.. :flippingfinger: Good Luck in selling them.. :lol:

The premium system is very good.. i like it and in my previous car had around a $10K system in it. This is nothing like that but is still pretty good.

My FIL has a metal works. I'll see if he can whip something up when I get mine...... in about 3 - 4 weeks hopefully (unashamed boasting here :lol: ) Chrome or black powder coat? Black powder coat would look better.. Chrome would look alright too.. I guess you just have to try both and see what it looks like.

The intercooler on my car gets clogged with insects and has been slightly damaged by stone flung at it by another vehicle. I'd hate to think what kind of damage a bird could do. Does anyone know where I can get some protection for the intercooler - perhaps some type of screen/mesh/guard? A bird? :D i doubt it a bird would be flying at that height.. but a grill or something would be a great idea.
