I don't normally post food. But I must admit that I was extremely impressed with Stella attempting to cook a Sri Lankan Beef curry with String Hoppers, Brinjal Pickle and Pol Sambol. Absolutely delicious! The smell of the house brought back memories of my childhood at my grandparents. I am sure my Nana and Papa would have been impressed. ???
