  1. Spending $2500 on a billet input shaft for my zf gearbox, snapped it 2weeks out of warranty. Took the gearbox back to BTA Motorsport, he asked how much power I was running, I said 400rwkw. His reply "do u want to leave it with me?" I said yes of course. He took that as authority to do $5500 worth of upgrades to cope with 550rwkw then calling me to say it's done. Got the box it. Torque converter he supplied was dead. Emailed him in October 2014. He asked for ecu codes, I replied and waited a month for another reply... It never came.. Called 8times over the course of the next month to reach Ali at BTA before I blew up and demanded they fix my car under warranty. He booked it in for feb8 2015. I had to drive 450km to leave my car there. It took until Thursday to replace a torque converter. I called him before I left for picking the car up on Friday arv and asked for the car to be left out with the keys so I could pick it up after hours. He assured me the car would be out. I turned up another 450km later and the car was locked up with no keys. I had no choice but to drive home without my car. I left a calm message saying that I was at the shop waiting for my car after my mammoth drive. No reply the next working day. Additional to this I have been flat out lied to on 3 occasions and given 3seperate reasons as to why the billet input shaft snapped and how it was covered under warranty. Unbelievable customer service. Very pissed. Spent 8k in that workshop on my gearbox now. I also have recorded all conversations and documented all my info. Named and shamed. But unsure of where to go from here.?
  2. Hi all, I just my car back after my second ZF catastrophe. The car is surging under part throttle, by surging I mean the revs are rising and dropping a few hundred rpm as I accelerate off boost. Even with cruise control its quite pronounced. I have an engine light for an O2 sensor which I have replaced as well as the o2 loom to no avail. I have sprayed Conyact cleaner through the plenum and reflashed the ecu and even rewored my throttle body. The car has a new stage 2 BTA ZF box and heavy duty std lockup torque converter. running a process west plenum,kit. Please help, anybody had this issue? also I might add that on full bost the car runs 100% but runs super rich when I let off. To the pointbwhere I can see the black fuel smoke while im at the lights
  3. BTA motorsports run 1000rwhp through their ZF f6. Give ALI a call he knows those boxes inside out and could possibly shed light on the issue
  4. Hmmm when u have issues with the slip and it droping into neutral do u have a (I) ABS and T/C lights illuminate on the dash.. Followed by the speedo.dropping out? I have this issue, I have been told faulty coils can cause issues by other members on here.
  5. That 420rwkw was on 98 through a t56 and 3:45s. With the rear muffler removed on the xforce twin 2.5
  6. Yeeesuz 430 on's stock cat back. The car I.bought my process west kit off made 400rwkw with the xforce twin 2.5 then removed the rear muffler for 420rwkw.
  7. Thank god for this thread! I have had the same.issue with my Bf. Caused the zf gearbox to drop into neutral then re-engage. Snapped my input shaft. spent months changing sh*t. I dropped the plug gaps b4 this happened due to an unrellated issue. Hopefully its my problem. More to come on this cheers
  8. Anyone done 400rwkw on the stock catback with muffler removed? Im thinking of keepings the stock cat back in place and pushing for,it. Did 320rwkw@15psi sith,ebay cooler, dump/cat. Now has process west plenum kit untuned,@15psi.
  9. Bf mkII slipping zf trans between shifts. Stock cat back Stock ebay tyres. 15psi untuned since process west gear went on. 2.057 60foot 7.857@96.71 11.8@123 Any estimates on my rwkw? 340ish??
