save your money, hardly worth trying to make more power you have a budget of 1k. Will barely be able to tell the difference on the street just my 2c as I have been through the modding journey, still am, never stops.

cms stage 2 is good for 600rwkw cms stage1 is upto 400rwkw

Been doing some research, I went to Autotech today and spoke with Spiro, then called Nizpro and C&V performance All transmissions can handle around the same power level based on what I was told by the respective workshops drive-in drive-out prices: CMS stage 2 transmission with billet input shaft, approx. $7500 Autotech stage 2 with billet input shaft $6000 Nizpro stage 2 transmission with stage 2 billet input shaft $7000 C&V performance with billet input shaft $10000 ( C&V couldnt tell me what power it's rated to , lol) Very surprised at how cheap the Nizpro package is, they said they have sold hundreds of billet shafts , surely has to be the most tested and proven shaft?

input shaft only let go yesterday, therefore no forward motion, had to tow it back home. shaft was fine last wednesday when I went to eastern creek, the best MPH I managed was 134 with the slipping box, it should be closer to 137-138mph for my power level

went out last wednesday on a new zf tune Joe gave me , box is still slipping too much, got my best 60' but ET still went backwards Fat chance of it happening but out of curiosity, how much would my car(127 xxx km) be worth if I sell it? better to spend the 1k replacing the shaft befor selling? surely I could get atleast 25k for it with the new turbo just fitted and all Cheers

billet shaft is 2k, I cant afford that

Input shaft gone , leaving it in automatic and smashing it isn't always the best idea , no matter how good the zf tune is How much for a hardened and short peened shaft, drive in drive out ?

would also like to know ball park figures to install gauges. Top end audio told me to contact Autotech for installation, got quoted $660 to install all 3, surely I can get gauges installed cheaper

sweet, im scared to find out what MPH I'll run if the 3rd-4th shift sticks . Everytime the speedo got near the 180-190km/h range , the ZF didnt like it at all, everything else is fine

Every single run the gearbox has slipped from 3rd to 4th change. If it can be tuned out somehow then I'm pretty confident of running a 10sec pass on these 245 street tyres, mph would also go a little higher Going down the strip in a gtx is a completely different experience compared to the stock turbo.Bloody awesome tune Joe , cheers

I don't like headaches :S , still have faith, but before hitting the strip I'll have a quick word with Joe if I can take the car upto 250kmh The way I look at it is Joe wouldnt give me something that isn't safe, CMS has built a pretty good reputation, no workshop will risk their reputation with a tune where the engine might blow, or am I wrong?

it went sideways at a 100, heart skipped a beat for a few seconds. I didnt think I would be the one to say this, but it's too fast. I never thought my car would be able to scare the living daylight out of me. Its soooo much car for the street, bloody fun ,but terrifying
