really its like its always on while im driving and it dose not leave half way it just stays on the half way mark it never use to do this like still doing 100 on the free way and its still sitts on half way im sure that's not right I know it should go down and the fan should be on doing 100ks

I have just noticed that everytime I stop at a set of lights my fans are running ... one they are one while driving on the freeway. two my temp gauge says its on half way and I mean always even when cold air is raming down its guts on the free way doing 110 im going to the the elimination game starting with the thermostat any ideas ... its a 04 ba xr6t stock !

dont think so it dont do it all the time its a high pitched noise its got me busted and if I take a vid it wont do it for me :(

coming home from work and gave it a boot full on the express way and when I came off boost I wouls have heard the flutter noise (stock) I may add but I heard a squick kind of noise what could this be ? didn't sound normal ... ba xr6 turbo mki...... auto 1st going through to 2nd about mid rage and coming off then the noise comes .... any ideas?? I though it could be a blocked bov stock ?

its about time im willing to unlock the true power of my xr6 and try and hit the 300rwkw club :D but im very fussy with my car and dont trust many people with it as I work on my own car when I can but its a little hard as where im staying atm it has no garage :( and cant leave my car half finished over night :( so I need some good tuners in my location! tax time hurry up :D Illawarra region.

heheh thanks guys yeah just one of them crazy/stupid ideas that you just want an answer for lol oh well looks like ill be waiting for the new xr6t to come out then lol ...oh on another note my button for my boot will not work or the red button :S

I was just thinking about something not to sure if it has been said or anything but wanted your thoughts on this idea ... I wont be doing it but would it be possible to make a button or use like the boot button on the central locking unit and make it wind down all the windows and make them go up without being inside .... just had an weird idea when I was outside having a smoke it could be handy sometimes just dont know if it would work like the central locking dose :S what are your thoughts about this idea ... it could be the most stupidest idea you have heard but hey we all have some weird ideas and thoughts

hey guys and girls its about time I posted some pics up of my xr6t well here she is my new baby :D

stazza yeah ill be talking to ford about some coils and see what price they can do me .....Kroozin ive done my spark plugs so when I get my coils illl tighten up all the bolts and clean the t/b aswell I dont mind the work but with this weather we are having I hate it as I dont have a garage :( so sometimes it gets a bit hard but thanks for all the imput guys :D think its time for a or two

bionicxr6t05 the coil cover gasket was a little off .. so when I put it all back on it fixed it up ....Stazza_Brendan there was only 2 like that the 2 that are in the pics ... so by all means I should get a new set of coils ??? ... the car is running pretty fine but can feel a little miss hap when idle !! but its comming on boost good and not doing the brrrrr noise and backing off like it was when I wrote this so very happy .....oh im far from disheartened ... hey all cars have there little ups and downs that's jsut how it is im over the moon I have finaly got what I have wanted ... it was either vyss or as xr6turbo and who won that's right xr6t :D and all you girls and guys on here are bloody awesome couldnt be happer :D

not that I know of I just brought it 3 days ago ... so would that be my problem up there ^^^ :S and why would it be doing that :S

well I just got a chance to change the plugs and do the boost solenoid before the rain ... didnt know you have to take so many things off to do that stuff but all good I loved ever min of it .. took it for a drive and its driving very good boost is on with now brrrrrr noise or holding back very happy I do have some pics for you and I think use will all say get new coils cause I have never seen this before .. anyways I could only get one of the hoses off from the boost solenlid as the bottom one have a clip .clamp thing that wouldnt budge had a closer look and there is no way to get it off .... here are some pics ... dont hate how I did the pics I cant change anything as phone is stuffed and wont connect to laptop Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk

yay about time someone from here has seen is....... thanks Bionic_oosty ill be calling them up about coils... oh well today I kinda had a little money splurge and spent $268.. two bottles of penrite HPR-10 fill synthetic,oil filter,air filter and NGK BKR6EIX plugs hoping it fixes my probs but I will call ford this arfo and see what they can do for me

FINNEY would you know the part number I may just hit up repco .... so that means I wont have to gap them either ? oh cheers about the coils
