hahaha yeah about that warranty ... lol ill be trying to keep that warranty intact for awhile wont be modding for awhile im very happy with the car as it is now but ill be doing new wheel soon joys of being a Tyre fitter :D .... Thanks I'm loving every moment of owning this car from brand new because I get it run it in how I want to and its getting a little work out up hills and not going over 3 grand . masda74 don't be asking me that lol don't tempt me its not even a week old lol

hey guys and gals, I'm Corey if you all don't know this by now I'm 22, from the Illawarra. I used to own a BA XR6 TURBO AUTO :( with a few mods at 282 RWKW that was fun to drive while it was good it ran into a few problems and I was just over fixing it and spending to much cash on it. so here's the fun side of things I bit the bullet and went out to buy my self a new 2013 XR6T, Long story short they didn't have any cars in manual at any dealership so get a phone call mid week in early December saying this and by that time I was so angry I almost hung up on the fella but he had good news he was upgrading me to a 2014 one that will be getting build in the factory I wont be having one that's been sitting around the yard for a year,I was straight on to it and said yes . So the time had came on the 7th of Feb 2014 to pick up my new baby. here she lays is a 2014 FG XR6 TURBO 6 speed manual finished in winter white + window's tinted just ='s SEXXXC Dont mind the finger prints I was just checking over the car lol very fussy plus they are gone now

ok well I pick up my new T tomorrow afternoon and the run in possess starts a few hill climbs and a run throught the nasho park or mac pass :D im so excited :D

how does it feel stepping up into the fg xr6t manual what are you thoughts about it and dislikes ? but over all great car to drive

SuckSqueezeBangBlow ive heard alot about the FH but no one knows much about it and im not really fussed with it I rather the FG so in the real terms ill have a 2014 fg MKiii lol

well if they want to use my work for tyres and getting them for 100 buck each and making 180 per tyres from people im sure ill be getting a grand knocked off ive got the bigger balls in the court !lol

well I have made up my mind I dont know if you all have seen my post in the when do you expect your new xr6t but anyways I went in to buy a 2013 fg mkii manual rar rar get a phonecall mid week saying we cant get you one so we are upgrading you to the 2014 model fg from the same price with the extras you wanted for the same price of 39,990 :D pretty cheering but wont get it till mid jan :( so im playing the waiting game so everyday they are late ill be knocking off 500 a day when they tell me the exact date but what u think about that its starting to sound like a pretty good deal :D

so last week I went into ford to buy my self a new 2013 fg mkii xr6 turbo manual in winter white all go ahead loan approved trading in my old ba xr6t ... so I get a phone call to day saying do you want the good news or bad I was like bad first ..he said ive looked everywhere and cant find you a car in you color or any color for that matter so I was a little hart broken thinking that in not going to get a new car then he said did you forget out the good news I was like what is it ? he said what im doing for you is we will give you a new 2014 xr6t for the same price we said to you and with all the extras at no cost ..... I was blown away but the other bad news is that I have to wait a month to get it so in January ill have a new car ! what do you guys think ? and to add to the bad news just got done by them stupid mobile speed cameras not speeding in a bad buy but saving my car from being smashed .... oh well sh*t happens !

pffft I would never give Expensive Daewoo my money ever again and why would you say that pazzo ? that's what I was thinking but the run out sale sounds pretty good I can get one for 42,000 with all that I want on it so im kinda like the price

Ok so I'm selling my ba xr6t or maybe trade in on a brand new 2013 fg xr6 turbo Mk ii but just not sure how I should do it. Ford finance is 2.9 ATM but I can get a loan through my bank with a %of 6.45 Just not sure and would it be worth getting the 2013 when 2014 is around the corner ?? What are your points on this ?

no codes and no legs :( I think it was slower but its all out and back to stock .... so after burnout warriors this weekend that just went I may have just bit the bullet and going to sell the ba and get a brand new fg xr6t but manual to save the hassles and start fresh

WOW ... so it was a bad idea and I hope I havnt done anything wrong with the turbo side of things ...thanks very much its going to stock as we type ... im thinking about going to cms as they have a good rep as im in wollongong

yeah I know but I just couldnt help my self lol money aint a issue its the time I never have time from work to even get it turned ... ill put it to stock and might wait till I get my process west 2.2 kit and then get it tuned .... but what do you think could be the problem ?its over boosting for sure .... silly me just wanted to feel more power after driving a mates 370 kw skyline :S

hey guys & gals. so I have received a nice sct flash turner a few days ago and you know what I couldn't help my self but to plug it in and see how much of a difference a generic tuned car is to a stock one ... and well I have hit some problems when I first did it I did 10 psi and for the first run it lit the rear tyres up but then after that it was a little sluggish sounded like the T/C was cutting it but I know its not that it will be boost cut im pretty sure then I went to the 8 psi and wow it still wants to boost to 10 psi and it dont come on quick its like a slow release in power im not sure what it could be any idea and feel free to ask any questions that I may have not said here here is the video I made of the boost gauge with foot to floor with 8 psi generic tune !

The lurker I really dont what that to happen what gauge are you using ? and how did you wire it up ?

Mechanical of course not a fan of the elec boost gauge ... um the two gauge one from saas... and running it of the spare light source behind the cigarette lighter will that only come on with the lights or will it always be on ? im assuming that it will only come on with the lights on been one of them days :S

hey T lovers I have looking around and found a few things but didn't wanna did up an old thread to ask a question ..... as you all know with the auto-meter cobolt boost gauge you have to trim the threads down but by how much I ask ? hoe do you secure them in the holder as mine is loose or is that cause I haven't trimmed the threads down to get it in enough ? and another thing about wiring I want then to come on when I turn my parkers on I have had A look and haven't found a way to do it but just thought I might ask here before I start doing anything :D

yeah ive got enough room for everything to be hidden besides the cig socket wires but very happy with the install I wonder whats next :D

beautiful mate... just trimmed about 2.5 mill of the ends and its in like a gem looks awesome and sounds so much better than stock should have done this the first day I brought it lol thanks :D

hey guys and girls ive done a search and couldn't find anything about it so it must be just happening to me then long story short ive got the speaker wires from the kick panels that's all good the problem is that when I try and push the head unit in with a fascia it stops its like its hitting the air ducting or something ive got the wires out of the way so its not that ... im not sure what im doing wrong it just wont fit it im sure I have the mounting brackets right should someone shed some light because im getting frustrated with it AAARRRG .... time to sit back and relax with a few of these well needed

hey guys have changed the thermostat today and all went well fan only came in heavy traffic and once going it went off and it was sitting under halfway ... but I willl be putting fresh coolant in this weekend

its all good ill check all that tomorrow I got my self a new thermostat sitting in my govebox for tomorrow on my lunch break .... it just dont sound right that the fans are on while im doing 100k on the freeway like it useto be like the faster you go the more air you get the cooler the temp is but mine just stay at halfway and fans are always on :S but hey if you think its normal I get I might be getting worried for no reason :\ oh well ill keeps you all posted as my boss is a mechanic by trade so ill see what his imput is aswell
