I have 2 part question. My mate wants to edit his T5 manual. How much torque and power can the t5 clutch handle?? He only wants small increase in power. So we going to asks the power to be limtied. What are peoples experiences and what power levels they reccomend to keep it at. 2nd part.. How much quicker down the 1/4 will the car be. Cheers in advance.... Paulie

You ansewerd your question right there. I lived in wagga and had many friends in GRIFFITH. Most of the people there kno jack sh*t about cars but there is a million P platers that think they are Vin Deisel in fast and the furious. Only very few people kno there sh*t.... GT-P was edited with a Genric tune. I have 3 maps and only one doesn't ping. I thought wow when first driving shifts firmer rev limiter slightly upped. (A4 Box) Gteched it and ran mid 14's (I can do that easy enuff stock) Put the Factory tune in and ran mid to low 14's this was after the runs with tune in. So car had heat soak. Well first impressions of EDIT with generic tunes is that all it is Quick shifter and something that takes rev limiter away. Just an expensive thing that made no difference to to 1/4 mile performace. Only to ya Buttometer due to hard shifts. Will have to get a custom tune to see if makes much difference. At the mo it's a Peice of SH*T... I will just have to keep the box till I get ma T by the loox...

(By the way Julian the Unichip I bought off u sits in a AU 6cylinder that pulled a 14.7 nb for a AU) Was it worth getting the edit? Have u gave it run down the 1/4? Adam, Cutting the front bit of the car wouldn't that effect the crash and cumple zones??? Also the strength of the chasis??? Car look smick....
