Hi all, I have a 03 XR6T with an annoying diff or half shaft knock that only seems to happen at low speed. I originally thought suspension bushes but it can happen on smooth road eg my driveway where there's no suspension movement. Its a backlash type knock and I do have a little up/down movement from the left half shaft at the diff, and a fluid leak from there too. Im thinking pinion bearing and seal, but I have no whine? Anyone had similar issues?

HTC One S, in charger cradle with charge lead run behind ICC to USB in lighter/power socket. With Torque Pro.

Had an injector fail on me and haven't had any issues since that was fixed! So I'm going with that, fingers crossed.

03 XR6T bought it 12 months ago with 270k.

Replaced the o2 again, all seems fine.....for now, 3rd o2 in 12 months! Either I'm very unlucky or something is causing them to fail.

Hi all, my 03 XR6T is having some issues, had problems with overboost, mainly in the cold. Ive had dtc P1131, P1132 and P1227 and replaced the O2 sensor twice. Codes, and boost of up to 8psi, were detected on Torque app which is now also showing "open loop system fail" and car is intermittently idling really rough. Im assuming, even if the O2 sensor is gone again, the problem is elsewhere. Any help greatly appreciated. I'd like to fix it myself as I don't know of any good tuners around here.

All sorted:) Neg lead was full of corrosion.

Yep, those ones I mixed around and made no difference. Unless you're meaning some others somwhere other than the engine bay or dash fuse boxes? This thing is definately a little more involved than my old EB!

Visual check against light and swapped starter, ignition etc with the others. So unless they're all f#*kd?! I dunno......Probably should have a go with the multi meters.

Oh well, I cant figure it out, tow truck to the auto elec it is.

Yep, all seem fine.

The clicking goes for 5-10 sec at "on" position,sorry not "acc" and my dash lights flicker with the clicking until it stops. Then it seems ok til I turn the key to ignition and all I get is the starter motor trying to thow out. If it was just the starter motor not cranking I'd say that was the problem, but the throttle body going mental before ignition makes me think the problem is elseware. The earth straps seem fine, not loose or corroded.

The clicking seems to be coming from the tps/throttle body?
