In neutral won't rev past 3grand??? Brand new turbo 2 weeks ago .drives fine boosts when driving fine no other issues as far as I can.tell

My stock turbo has sharted itself I'm looking at getting a new 1 any suggestions? Is expensive better or can I get away with something cheaper? Also a new intercooler? Any other upgrades or suggestions? I'm trying to stick with a 3grand budget for now

No codes just running like a wrx this morning. Not just at idle but while driving as well. Now I've taken plug 1-5 out and whoever did them last broke the clip on the coil and little price has dropped in now I can't plug 6 out. Faaaaaark!!

Xr6t 2003 running like sh*t this morning so I'm checking the plugs and number 1 came out wet with unburnt fuel. Is this an issue?
