Also, the auto will be on full boost throught the gear changes, unless you can flat change a manual, the auto "should" be quicker. The throttle body will be open 100% of the time in a auto, therefore keeping the turbo, and intake manifold fully boosted. In a manual, unless you flat change, the throttle body will be opening and shutting a little during gear changes, therefore slowing the turbo down, and boost levels wont be at 100% all the time. All of this goes out the window with N/A cars..... cause there is no boost! Hope this all makes sense!!
