Nah, Im not getting all worked up at all! I just remember the stress and confusion that happened at the FPV tour, people not knowing which way to go, and I dont want to be responsible for something like that happening again! I would love to do the alternative route, but I hate getting lost! :lol: And as for MISSXR barking orders at me, I actually meant Miss MS700, but by the looks of things ill be getting barked at all day by females anyway!!! :lol: :lol: Dont be shy with the payouts Falchoon! I will be frank and honest here and say if nobody knows the way to Bundanoon from Bungedore, im not doing it. I did a scout run earlier in November so I confidentaly know the way to Bundanoon. I do not know the alternative way, and if im not travelling with somebody that does know the way, and had done it before, Im not going that way. Last thing I want is to get lost, somewhere I havent been before, leading a group of people, being semi responsible for a group, with no mobile reception. (Remember FPV tour peoples?) And miss ms700 barking at me "I told you we shouldnt have gone this way!!!" If I could do a scout run to learn the way I would, but unfortunately time constraints will beat me. On the way home, I can afford to lose my way, get disoriented, drive around and look at the countryside, but not on the way there. Sorry, but unless somebody is willing to confidentally lead the way, its the highway for me!

Mine had 2klm's on it, I saw it come off the truck from Melbourne, and did the PD klms myself as well. I have seen a few with 30klms on it from Melbourne. Dont stress about the mechanics giving it a hard time. They will when you get it serviced anyway!!! It happens. Just be glad the majority of K's on it will be yours!

Well I did a scout run about 3 weeks ago, and I took the direct way ie hwy upto Marulan, then to Bundanoon, and it took me just under 2 hours, that was doing 100kph all the way. No speeding. Now, like I said, I have never done this alternative route way before, so its a bit hard for me to estimate how long it will take! So if people like yourself could tell me how much extra time it will take doing this alternative way, I will be happy to amend the meeting time. 10:30 would still be pushing it it we are to make it to Bundanoon by 12:00. Even if we did take the highway. Have to allow setup time/people needing to fuel up/running late etc..... And I am taking into allowance you need your beauty sleep Ross, but I dont think we can all wait forever..... :lol:

Yes mum! Righto, at this stage we are meeting at Gregory's Ford in the City (Braddon) at approx 8:30, this way we can organise what way we all agree is the best way to go. If we go direct (hwy) it will take no longer than 2 hours easy, if we go another way im not sure exactly as I havent gone that way before.

Some of you that went on the recent FMC/FPV tour may know where there are some Closer to 400kw I reckon. I know Ford don't like to get into pissing contests but they need live up to the HO name and also to blow the opposition into the weeds. HO letters? Exactly! If you play, be prepared to pay! If you want to guarantee that your warranty will always be valid, dont modify your car. Simple as that.

I would just about guarantee it is a cover for one of your seat tracks. Slide your seats all the way forward, and there are little covers that cover up the seat mounting brackets. They fall off all the time. Does it have a little metal U bracket on the trim piece? This U bracket clips onto your seat runner.

What is it? Looks like a bit of trim? Where does it go? A lot of the time the basic number will be on the back of the part, but the complete part number will be invalid unfortunately..... More information please!

I remember FORDTECH replying somewhere in here about that, as soon as the key is removed, because the immobiliser "looks" at the key, after a while you wont be able to start your car. I just do it the cheap way, dont boost it when I enter my suburb, and let it idle down a few seconds or so. Just like what Vik said, dont turn it off straight away after a hard time.

Microcat dont list the suede GT shifter boot as yet, they will eventually I spose, they seem to be a bit slow at listing parts for the GT's....... maybe its listed on Marty's microcat. The standard XR boot retails in at $71.05, but Id be pushing for warranty first. Youve got nothing to lose matey....

I put a order in for a XR8 as well, before they had been released. I then cancelled that order and put my order in on the T. And I havent looked back. I considered a IS300, B4 Liberty, and some others, but they just didnt suit me.
