Great Idea for a thread My First Bike was a 1984 Honda CR80 Next Came my 1996 Kawasaki GPX 250 Then my 1997 Kawasaki Vulcan 800a Then I got a 1984 Honda XR500 with a 530 kit fitted.......Very Rough Paddock Basher. Sold that and bought a 1997 Yamaha TT600 Belgarda (I loved it!) I lost a cousin about 10 years ago in Melbourne...........due to a Stolen Car Chase. He was travelling as a passenger in a car when a stolen car being chased by Police T-Boned them in an intersection............the Stolen car ran the red light and didnt even bother slowing....... Should Police stop chasing stolen cars.............NO. These people should all be charged with Theft, as well as ATTEMPTED MURDER for the way they try and outrun the Police. They are breaking the law and should be punished to the full extent.....and if a couple of them happen to cark it along the way..........no great loss..........Im not losing sleep! em all!

As a Fully Paid up (& Tattooed) Interstate member of the Collingwood Football Club........all I can say is GO PIES! I think we will be competitive this year......maybe even sneak into the top 8.......but with our glorious leader now in his final seasons.......we really need a couple of Gun Midfeilders to go that extra step. Well....................Im 32............ Worked a regular 55 hour week (regular for me) finished work at 3pm Friday jumped in the Band Van Friday Night...........Played a pub gig..........got home at 4am.........slept till noon..........got up........showered / changed / ate............back in the band van...........played an RSL gig..........finished at 1 am..........stopped for a Kabab at 2am.........got home at 3 am.............in bed by 4 am..........woke up 11am Sunday..........Was at work by 1pm...........finished at 7.30pm...........home relaxing now. But I feel great! I actually feel like Im in my early 20's! Since getting back into the music scene, I feel like I am 10 years younger! It helps that Im......... 1 - Single 2 - Great Income from work & Band 3 - Got lots of toys (XR6T & Bike etc....) Life is good!

Continuing on a Musical note I have also recently gotten back into music........joining a new band in August 2004 after a 9 year break from playing.......... We have been gigging regularly since November..........and have become quite popular over the last few months with a growing following up and down the coast.........nothing Fancy.........just good old fashioned Aussie Rock Covers........ The Wizards of Oz Rock (Shameless Plug...I know) www.wizardsofozrock.com Im the Bass Player & Webmaster And anyone who is interested..........We are available to work from The Nth NSW Coast / SE Qld and even down to Sydney for the right deal I think we have had 2 whole weekends off since December.......... Anyways...........The Guitarist and myself have just picked up an endorsement deal with Pure Tone Guitar Strings ( www.pure-tone.com )............we have bookings right through to December already in the diary..........a possible Snow Tour over winter.............and Negotiations underway to break into the Bris/Gold Coast Market! It beats working for a living...........with any luck I can quit my day job in a few months!

Has anyone ever thought of a weekend cruise up to the Nth Coast.....Coffs Harbour or somewhere around there............some great driving in the area.........and the QLD crew could come down.......sort of half way for everyone! A combined QLD & NSW Weekend. Just a suggestion.

Northern NSW Here..............I can usually be found in the Coffs Harbour / Grafton regions..........And I try to avoid Sydney at all times But being a Melbourne boy at birth.............GO PIES!

I havent had any Major Problems with mine............. 1) Overboost.............seems to be fixed after the reflash at the dealer. 2) Sharp edges on drivers side door handle/armrest where the clips hold the insert. Dealer ordered a whole new assembly and refitted it. Water leaking into the boot after washing the car or heavy rain..........its draining from the overflow holes in the bootlid when I open the boot. Dealer is going to seal the mounts around the rear wing to repair it. Thast all..........8500km since November 04 Accessories fitted by dealer & Options ordered at purchase Envi Auto Prem Sound Leather Interior XR Mats XR Scuffs Pollen Filter Sump Guard Haymen Reece Towbar Boot/Bumper Protector Mudspats Window Tint Weather Shield (Drivers Side) Bonnet Protectors Headlight Protectors Driving Light Protetctors Total Cost $46000 + On Roads Car was built to order and delivered in about 6 weeks. A great deal on a fantastic car! I do have to say that they offered me a pitifull amount for my trade in...........so I sold it privately for Twice the amount they offered. I agree..........I can see the NSW Government introducing a smaller % margin of error on cameras and radars..........similar to the Victorian scheme. The fines will be less............but more people will be caught. Cutting the fines is just eye candy........this will raise more revenue than ever!

Envi was available for the Mk1's........came in to production mid 2004.

Picked up mine on November 21st 2004 - New Just clocked 8000kms today - 95% Highway Use............dont drive it much during the week.............I use my work van for the 6km round trip to work........ Just drive it into town when needed (120km round trip) and use it on weekends!

Id be looking at the Mazda 6 or a Nissan Maxima.............or if you wanted to get him into an old farts car...........a Toyota Camry/Avalon or the like......actually any Toyota would do!

Well..............I can tell you that the Mark II's do suffer the same problem......happened to me a few days ago. I just had a courtisy call from my Dealer not 5 mins ago ......and I told him about it.........He had never heard of the problem...........now you wanna hear the good bit..........that Dealer is Mike Blewitt Ford - Coffs Harbour! The same one mentioned in the article! They hadnt seen the article either............so I emailed it to them!
