The only reason I would get rid of mine would be to upgrade to another model or neer model. Although I do love the T......a suitable deal on a GT would be very tempting.

Hey Shazz................all is well. Spent Bathurst weekend at a wedding in Tweed Heads and worked with the band all this past weekend. The rest of the month we have 1 or 2 gigs per weekend......then 1 free Sat/Sun in November so I can attend this party..........then we are flat stick untill the end of February.....already have over 60 bookings for 2006! Look forward to catching up with you all again!

As long as its on the same weekend as originally planned!

As a former Service Station owner.......all I can say is that it is common to make better profits from PULP than ULP. ULP is purchased by the masses....so most Servos will sell it at a competitive rate to draw in customers. There is no law stating that the price of PULP must be displayed on the Roadside Pricebaords (Unlike ULP)....and on long weekends when everyone is out and about......some operators see it as a good time to make extra money on thier premium products....especially when people dont look at the pump prices and there is no Price listed on the Priceboard. sh*t Happens...........just take more notice when filling up or make sure thier Premium Fuel Prices are listed on the Roadside Price Display.

Yeah your probably right Listen guys,lets see whos coming and how many people are coming with them.I have a big yard, and as with noise complaints,There is only about 7 houses in my street and there is plenty of parking on vacant blokes of land.I am allowed to chuck a big muther of a party. Gives me an excuse to crank my new stezza. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I hope that big yard has a nice little Lemon Tree planted in a quiet corner.....would be a shame to see all that fine Alcohol go to waste down the toilet!

Hmmm......well if you are gonna hold it at a Venue/Pub..........I may be able to organise a mate of mine and myself to bring a small vocal PA System and some backing tracks and do a bit of a duo thing for some light entertainment...maybe a singalong once everyone is half tanked! Just a thought.....lemme know if you would want us to do it and I will see what I can arrange!

I feel your pain.......I have to go to one on Satuday the 8th..but have to Travel home on the Sunday and will miss most of the action!

Well, that's an interesting choice of date...... November 19th = Christmas party at Darrens...... November 19th also equals my mate's Bday in Brisbane...... November 19th = the only weekend the band has decided not to book any gigs so we get a bit of a break between Bathurst Weekend and New Years! My bike is alot like me..........its big, fat, loud and cruises along at a steady pace........Its a Kawasaki Vulcan 1500Fi. Sold my last dirtbike almost 12 months ago...It was a 97 Yamaha TT600 Belgarda.......awsome enduro bike for a big guy like me.......but it was always throwing me into the bush! I'll stick to my road barge for now!

Id love to be part of it........but unfortunately I'll be attending a Wedding in Tweed Heads (Yeah.....I know......Who gets Married on Bathurst weekend!!!!???!!!) But to all of you who havent met Shazz and Glenn yet....you wont be dissapointed! If the recent Coffs Cruise is anything to go by......it will be an awesome weekend!

Im so glad I dont live in a area with congested Traffic.........My average around town is 12ltrs to 100kms.........but on my regular highway trips I get 10 flat....last time I did the same trip from Coffs to Brisbane I got 9.9! I do however have to admit to a very reserved driving style these days.......Ive only got 4 points left! The Car is stock apart from a K&N filter......Im sure if and when I mod the vehicle....my remaining 4 points will dissapear!

I was quoted 6 weeks........I had it in 5 weeks..........I was lucky to get mine booked in on the tail end of a production run before they started on the Terri's again.

Id have to say The Godfather is my all time favorite....... But I did just get home from the premiere of War of the Worlds.........its definately a Must See movie I was very impressed........Ive never been a huge Tom Cruise fan, but this time around he was brilliant!

Thanks Shazz...............it was a hell of a way to finish my last shift after 10 years in that business. So much for quietly locking the doors and going out for a few beers! I hope that ba$tard gets plenty of jail time for that incident......when interviewed by the cops at the hospital he told them he wasnt driving.......and that the driver ran off. Once I gave them my statement and that of the other witnesses....they said they should have enough to get hm convicted....lets hope the judge isnt a soft touch. Hey Shazz...........good to see you all finally made it back home! It was a fun weekend.........nice to put some names to faces and have some fun! Hopefully the 2nd Annual Northern NSW Cruise will attract everyone back to the area witha few more freinds too! I vote we aim for March/April of next year for another one. (Slightly warmer weather) Cant wait to see the rest of the Pics....hopefully next time I can do a little more cruising with the group.........(Hey Blonk......I did cruise from Grafton to Ulmurra ) Its all good! Mate!

Hey jdo........I bet you are glad you went home when you did..........just caught up with Lumpy, Shaz etc... here at work. Apparently last night turned into a huge bender with everyone nursing sore heads again this morning.........Shaz will be home a day late.........couldnt handle the thought of driving back home today hungover with very little sleep! So its back to Palace de' Lumpen tonight for a very quiet evening to regain some semblmece of thought for tommorows journey home. Im sure some more reports will start to flow in later today!

Hey XR6TU............would be a pleasure to have a Jam with you one day :-) Fortunately I have a full studio set up with Drumkit, Bass Rig & Basses, Valve Guitar Amp & Jap Strat! So it can be arranged at any time. As for our band being good.........well, we get lots of work....but its a secret we have discovered...........You dont have to be an awesome Muso to get work......just play stuff that people know.....and play it with plenty of energy. Everyone has had a great time over the weekend.........and we have agreed it should be an annual event its a great way to get the NSW/QLD members together for a fun weekend and as Shaz will attest to........the roads covered on the cruises are just superb! The weekend was held without deadlines, time frames or schedules.......the only plans were the accomodations that were booked and the Saturday night Pub Show. Everyone got on famously and many many beverages were consumed in a relatively responsible manner! The Green Taxi on Saturday night even carted everyone back to the Motel from the pub safely!
