Ya had to pick the only date in April that I cant attend!!!! March 31st is the last Wizards gig as the band is about to make some changes with the departure of myself, and the singer....... I wouldnt make it up to Mount Cotton in time to attend the event............sorry crew!

Well..........if its being held in April, it would be a damn shame if Team Green wasnt represented in some way.......you better count me in there. I did my Level 3 - 4x4 Instructors Course at Mount Cotton a number of years ago.....its a great facility! Looking at doing a Motorcycle Advanced Riding Course there in the near future too!

Oh well........I only wish my 2 Wheeled Road Barge would fit between cars at lights.........doesnt bother me anyways..........Im a crusier not a squid!

Great for 4x4's...............I had one in the back of my V8 Landrover......and a Detroit LSD in the front.........the thing would climb trees! But in the XR....stick to the LSD..........unless ARB make an Airlocker, it might be worth a look.

Im sure that myself, Lumpy and Blonk can organise the 2nd Annual Kickass Coffs Harbour Cruise again for this year.............good spot for a meet up between NSW and QLD Members..........This years was alot of fun according to those who could actually attend the whole weekend! Im using an Olympus C730 Ultra Zoom - 10x Optical & 4x Digital 3.2MP Ive had it the best part of 4 years now.......works great! I dont see any point upgrading for quite some time as it does everything I need it to do. Ive also got a Canon EOS 500N - 35mm SLR with 28-80mm Ultrasonic lens and a 300mm Ultrasonic Lens...........hasnt been out of its bag since I bought the Olympus! I suppose I should sell it, but its worth these days.

My G/F's Father had a heart attack yesterday.......he is scheduled for surgery on Tuesday and we are thinking of heading to Melbourne for the weekend of the 19th to catch up with him before Xmas... Wont know definately untill Mid Week...........sorry crew.......but this one is unavoidable.

OK............. I reckon some Snags, Steaks, Rolls and a couple of Nancy Salads (Maybe a couple of KG of Prawns ) and plenty of Ice should cover it! Then we can chip in on the day to cover Lumpsters expenses! Would probably be the easiest way to do it! Probably just me at the moment mate........but will know for certain in the next day or 2....

Do any of the organisers want to look at this option..........or should we just keep the original Date and have it a Lumpy's Venue? Im not worried either way.....just that at the pub it would be much easier to organise with less hassles. Apparrently the Accom there is well priced and tidy too.

Our gracious host Darren had to cancel due to work commitments I think....... So far the venue has been changed to Lumpy's at Broadbeach on the same day.

Umm.......just a suggestion......although I will still be attending the Party if and when it happens on the 19th of November, I just recieved some interesting news.... The Wizards of Oz Rock have just been booked for thier Queensland Debut......Saturday the 12th of November (Weekend before the Party) at the Sands Hotel Coolangatta. Looks like its gonna be a regular gig every 6-8 weeks from then on too.... Any thought on a change of Date and Venue to coincide are welcome if everyone agrees! Will leave th ball in your court.

Come on.............where are the rest of the crew that signed up for the original Xmas Bash???? Get your names on here so the organisers can make plans to cater for everyone. Let make this Party one to remember!
