  5. Mines adjustable but yes, I hate the 1inch pipe from one side of engine bay to other Thinkin I might actually move my BOV inside the airbox so it cant be seen bu the boys in blue. At the moment my setup looks stockish cept the BOV not bad at my mod level
  6. well im free Even if u wanna do a local meet and greet!
  7. My tank was very similar when I upgraded my fuel lines for E85. The strainer on the bottom of the pump was completely rooted! wish I took pics now actually. I reckon since it takes 5 mins tops to check it( BA ,Bf sedans anyways) pull ya seat up. and look your self I too only ran BP 98 yet my tank was a disaster waiting to happen!!! +++++ 1 for the pics and good thread
  8. more the merrier I reckon
  9. So is it cancelled or what?
  10. Come along and have a run too!!!!
  11. Plenty of 450+ setups on the gtx's. Ask someone who has one to take u for a drive! If your in Sydney, I'll take anyone who wants to see one in action. E85 is a good fuel provided you understand it. And as Ratter rightly highlights, there is quite a few things you need to consider before running the biofuel. Not as simple as put it in and make power. I think that's the important point Ratter made here!!!
  12. Gtx is pretty much maxed. Speaking of 10's not this wed but next, weather dependent expect a few Autotech boys at WSID.. 10's are def on the cards... Be a good we'd to be there!!!!!
  13. Im an advocate for E85. Always have been. Everything in life sooner or later is bad for u, harmful, dangerous or causes cancer. For every specialist saying yes, u can find 2 saying no... When something is pretty new( e85 is not, has been used for a long time in other vehicles types, Evo's in particular) typically people jump on the band wagon... Soon as this happens u get the haters and the critics.. that's life
  14. Eflex tune completed Pretty happy with the result

  21. Ill be coming from the mountains so can meet up with anyone along they way
  22. if that simple known conversion is NOT applied by your tuner..... get a new tuner! that's bread and butter really
  23. centre muffler for noise. Rear for a drone that annoys sh*t out of u both for insane as for performance... many have made good number with both mufflers in.
  24. I to have the intank walbro. PW surge with 044. 1000cc injectors. Had initial issues with the walbro.. But since been on E85, no issues... Fingers crossed
  25. A lot of issues with this gunk on the evo's stems from the pickup location in the tank. And not adequately cleaning the system and tank prior to running E85. Same probs can be seen with falcons, if the system isnt cleaned first. We all know that the ethanol content WILL PURGE YOUR SYSTEM. Still amazes me to this day how people can be so shocked, when the filter fails, lines crack, gunk appears.... That's the ethanol doing what it does. A THOROUGH system clean will prevent a lot of this happening.
