  1. 9.5 rear will be heaps easier. And you can run the 275 R888 on it no problem. I have run it on my car. Also a 8.5 +30 will 'look' better than a +40 as the face won't be so flat. 275 on my 9.5"
  2. That will give 7mm less inner clearance and be 5mm further out on the outside than my 9.5 +37 rear. I'd say won't fit on the inside. Mine is as far In as I think you'd want to go. You can get a 9.5 + 22 to fit the rear though. In 18"
  3. You need the Wholesale Suspension rear end links! They will stop your rear clunking instantly. The whiteline ones suck.
  4. The Nizpro stage 2 will feel strong mate. I'd go that.... And if down the track you want more, and we all do after a couple months your use to it. Then step it up another notch from there.
  5. Stage 2+ is going to be super expensive on a ute because of the nizpro exhaust price for the utes is right up there.
  6. The blue with black engine bay is simply a cost cut. It's cheaper to paint the engine bay black. Same as a silver one. They have grey engine bays. It's just a base colour that's applied first. As for the rust on whites, it's more noticeable on the whites. I've been a painter for 18 years now and I was sceptical on buying a falcon exactly like you are. Mine was under a year old when I bought it with 10,000km on it. Had the same signs of rust starting on all the very edges of the bonnet frame and engine bay seams. It only took me 1 night to fix it. Pull the airbox etc out for better access, find yourself some grey coloured Scotch brite and get some deoxidine. Then simply clean the rust of the edges and seams with it. Once you have done that, get a can of Wurth cavity wax. Spray it In all the seams in the engine bay. Let it set for a day. Then wipe off any excess with a rag and some wax and grease remover. As dust and dirt will stick to it. You want it just in the seams. 3 years later it still looks peferct.
  7. Yeah that 60ft made it! Good job
  8. The AD08R is really made for a combination Street and Circuit tyre. Excellent tyre. But you will need to get them warm. It doesn't surprise me you spin them on the street especially if it's cold. I run the Hankook RS3. Same thing. They are struggling on the street in the colder weather. However something like the invo is not even in the same league as the AD08R on a circuit. They are really made to be a track tyre you can drive on the street with.
  9. Won't fit. Somebody could fit one to an older bonnet though. Won't be a cheap exercise at all. If your going to do it, I'd speak with a proper metal work guy who does this kind of thing. Maybe a restoration shop. Won't be cheap though.
  10. I have KPM 1000. Idles like stock. I also was happy to support an Australian company and have always had excellent customer service from kpm.
  11. Look forward to seeing how it goes for you. I saw the car posted for sale as a roller quite a lot and was surprised it didn't sell. Best of luck with everything mate!
  12. Nice one mate. I guess you'll find out pretty soon if gearbox was built. Haha
  13. ^Correct
  14. Having held them both, you can not compare the quality of the Fenix with the PWR.
  15. The one we fit was a 55mm radiator, with a Plaz 1000hp cooler. The Plaz cooler moves the radiator back also, but you can only go so far back before its on the engine. Also the car it was fit too was actually replacing the Fenix radiator that was on it.
  16. Not sure what model car you have, but if an FG, I have fit a PWR 55mm radiater to an FG before. With an upgraded intercooler as well, it is an extremely tight fit! The radiater isn't really designed for the turbo car. It's for the V8s
  17. ^ just because he's running an external wastegate does not mean he's running a screamer pipe. You can still plumb it back into the exhaust system.
  18. This is PAHs graph with the gtx3576. Here is mine. Factory gt3576. No wastegate port on my car. Our cars were both tuned by Spiro. With very similar supporting mods and same intercooler. It shows his car is making considerably more power from the 120kmh onwards.
  19. This is PAHs
  20. http://fowww.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=11381647&page=4 Good thread there on the gtx3576 with talk of the smaller exhaust housing also. Not sure your gtx doesn't come on hard enough like you feel though. Your dyno sheet showed it makes more power than my factory turbo. I can put it up here for you if you wish. For others to see.
  21. Yes exactly.
  22. Haha. Now you guys are getting confused. He has a GTX3576. With the stock exhaust housing. PAH, this means you have the stock size exhaust housing. Not the smaller 0.82 exhaust housing suggested earlier. :-)
  23. Ratter, curious to whether you guys rebuild ZFs in house or sublet them?
  24. Mirage is a full evo conversion into a mirage. Yellow civic? It's a rwd SR20 conversion.
  25. Would still like to see your graph PAH. To compare with my Autotech tuned factory turbo setup.
