I agree - the best way to get the bulge is to buy the XR8 - but why would you when the XR6T is so much better (= faster and cheaper)

I can think of one advantage- It would fool cars next to you at the lights into thinking that you were driving the slower XR8 not the super quick XR6T.

You cant get it as a factory option - but you could buy it as a replacement part and have it fitted afterwards - if you wanted to.

The busioness useage is the killer - Ford iNsure quoted just under $1000 without business and closer to $1500 with business. The business useage is the killer.

I am getting 18" Alloys with my car. Is it safe to assume that FPV (they fit the 18") will do everything else required - is there any way for me to double check it has been done?

I recieved my SIDO number today - due to be built in April. Can I do anything with the SIDO? From what I've read elsewhere I'm guessing that I cant track anything with the SIDO until after the manufacture date is set - in the last week of March

The rule of thumb for Turbo charged cars is that the first step is to upgrade the exhaust (unless the manufacturer has alreeady been there looking for power - in this case Ford hasnt) I belive CJF077 has already done this - no posted power improvment yet (I dont think).
